There's nothing there, nothing but the deep, instinctive urge to R U N.
Here's hoping I did this right, my BBCode knowledge is based in functionality rather tham aesthetics.
So I've decided to bite my anxiety and make a wanted thread. I had a base idea, that we could follow or completely deviate from, it's up to you, I'm not picky. The character I'd be using is TOM RIDGIT. The base idea I have is, essentially, your character and he have both run to answer what sounds like the call of a pokemon in distress, and with Tom having fairly ingrained trust issues, at first he assumes your character has arrived to try and take advantage of a pokemon they haven't rightly earned the capture of. Maybe your character had good intentions, or really was going to snag an easy catch, he wouldn't know until they make their intentions clear.
Tom would either welcome your character to come back to help take of the pokemon, or attempt to scare you away, depending on the impression he gets. He's not a particularly nasty man, he just knows better than to trust wildly, so if he does end up taking the defensive/offensive, all is not lost. You may be able to convince one of his pokemon (probably Pick, who isn't ever in a pokeball) that you're no threat.
We don't have to roll with that, I kind of just want to start rping onsite, so I'd be down for just about anything, just let me know. I'm guessing via PM is the standard way of contacting one another regarding starting threads?
