I know the premise may sound a bit silly, but I think there's potential for a lot of fun.
See, this girl's actually the heiress to a corporation all the way back in Unova, trying to infiltrate the ranks of Lyeant's current top companies in order to learn their know-how, learn how they operate from the inside. Of course, when asked, she will claim that she wants to prove her worth through her own capabilities and hard work and not for her family name. Being who she is, it is not all too hard to believe her.
Not picky with gender, face claim, or sexual orientation. Personality is completely up to the taker, though I'd love to discuss this as well as how their dynamic with Erin would work from the get-go, if possible. A Parallax canon would be highly preferred, but the only real requirement is for the character in question to be, well, an actual executive at a big-scale company in Irisia.
One very fun twist to this plot, out of many I'm open to discuss, could be having the two be ex-classmates. Having shared a classroom and being aware of the extents of each other's grades, they know who the other is, making it frustrating for Erin and potentially hilarious for the boss. A lot of teasing and purposefully giving her a number of trivial tasks to test her patience add to the fun.
