TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!

Out of his current team, Rixon the Houndoom was really the only one that actually could just take a break and play instead of stick to just work mode as a guardian. So, today, Shura was out with Rixon so he could let the Houndoom go run around. His Joltik, Buddy, was just situated on Shura's head comfortably between the boy's perked ears as Rixon ran around. The Houndoom rolled in the grass, chased his tail, went to greet other Pokemon and all that fun stuff. It was fun seeing him so excited about being out and having so much fun while doing so, in fact it even caused Shura's tail to wag slightly in delight as a smile crept across his face.
Rixon was a pretty good Houndoom. Not really the aggressive type like you would expect. Sure, put him in work mode and he was a watchful, serious protector. Though as soon as he was off duty? He wanted to just go play and have fun, which Shura didn't blame the canine for. As an idol, Shura was often doing a lot of stuff that was more work related, so he didn't often have time to just sit and have a little fun or time to himself. He kept watching as Rixon ran around wildly, at times trying to invite some other Pokemon to play a game of chase with him.

Arin was sitting around on a nearby bench, leaning back against it with her notepad in front of her and a pen in her hand. She wasn't usually fond of traditional writing, often preferring her laptop to the standard pen and paper. Various words lined the page, names in full capitals and various descriptive lines written in an italic pattern. The scene was half-finished as it was, a few lines here and there alongside actions and scenic instructions for the next play she was working on. She was on the third act out of a planned five, and was beginning to have a few issues deciding how to proceed from this point in the story. She needed someone to bounce ideas off of, but due to certain... circumstances, she hadn't had someone to fill that role in couple of years now.
Gods, had it truly been that long? Arin sighed, setting the pen down and looking up at the rest of the park. She had come here to see if anything could inspire her, but so far she'd come up with nothing. At least not until the Houndhoom ran right up into her lap. Her own Pokemon merely lifted its head up, staring at the beast for a moment before merely returning to napping. Arin, meanwhile, had swiftly moved the notepad and pen off of her lap so as to not risk her work being damaged, and started laughing as the beast greeted her. "Well hello there," Arin said, a degree of joy in her voice as was usual as she smiled at the Houndoom.
Shura kept his eye on Rixon and when he noticed the Houndoom had approached someone sitting on another bench in the area, the boy stood and stretched out before he headed over and offered a smile as he got closer. He also made sure to offer a wave as well and finally spoke up. "Hope he isn't bothering you too much." He commented in a light, friendly tone as Rixon turned attention back to Shura and went to him happily. Shura reached down to pet his friend, both of their tails wagging as this happened.
"Ah! I'm Shura, and this is Rixon." He mentioned, offering a hand for a shake, being his usual friendly self. For anyone who kept up in the music world, they probably knew of Shura due to his idol status. For those who didn't, then chances are they just knew he was some random stranger is all. Still, it was just whatever if someone knew him or not. Shura simply enjoyed meeting new people and sometimes a little bit of chatter every now and again.

"It's no issue, though I appreciate the concern." Arin's manner of speaking was rather exquisite. The type one would expect of someone who spends too much time near the rich or perhaps those heavily into literature. Well-educated, one could say. She did, of course, recognize the boy. She'd often entertained the idea of seeing if she could convince him to audition for one or two roles within a few of her plays, but had more often than not decided that limiting her options to the known talents would be insulting to those yet to make their big break, and while she herself was not as much of a household name as Shura was, her plays themselves were rather well-known throughout Lyeant.
It just so happened that she had to rebuild a bit of her fanbase after the Imum War had taken so many lives. A pity, she thought, though the rationale and tone behind it were a slightly confusing subject even to her. The War was still a bit of a sore spot for her, be it because of all that she'd sacrificed for it or because of that fact that Imum had been defeated in the end. But that was divulging into interests best left out of the open, so she merely introduced herself after Shura had, raising a hand up to rest on her bosom in a way so as to clarify that she was indeed introducing herself. "Arin Windhelm, it is a pleasure to meet your in person, Monsieur Metaxas," the foreign tongue was one she'd picked up during one too many excursions in her younger days. The language itself had always appealed to her, and so she dotted her sentences with it almost as often as she dotted her outward musings and thoughts with various lines from far older playwrights than she.
Shura smiled when the woman introduced herself as Arin. "Nice to meet you!" He said in a cheery mannerism. Rixon meanwhile had ended up dashing off elsewhere suddenly, seeking to go play with another Pokemon that had recently arrived and had a similar sort of energy. Shura looked over and made sure Rixon was okay, which luckily he ended up running off in a game of chase with a Herdier before the young man's eyes returned back toward the woman before him that he had come over to speak with.
He noticed the small pad nearby, his curiosity peaked. "If you don't mind my asking, what are you working on?" He asked her, still standing where he was and just looking down to her. His ears perking atop his head as he asked the question, clearly indicating his curiosity. Shura felt a bit funny, seeing as he now had these wolfy ears that had since replaced his human ears. It felt... New, but he also didn't mind the fact. Sure he hadn't grown up like this, but it was cool.

[attr="class","part2"]
Aimlessly, mindlessly, he tugged his jacket closer to him, tighter around his person than need be. It wasn't like it was necessary - he wasn't cold and it wasn't that windy - but it was something to keep his hands busy as he trailed along behind his pokemon, keeping a watchful eye on them just in case something were to happen. Not that he really needed to, since he trusted Cynric to keep them safe, but having them in his sights set him at ease. Especially since Lucinda was new to the team, a stray he'd met and befriended not a few months back. Call it a weakness, call it being soft, but he didn't really care - if someone didn't have the capacity to express concern for a young pokemon the same way they would to a human child under their care, it wasn't his problem. It was theirs.[break][break]
"Apologies." He muttered as he passed by another pokemon owner for the...how many time that day? He'd lost count -Lucinda, in her excitement to meet new pokemon and thus potential playmates and friends, seemed too active for her own good. She ran, bumped and crashed into various pokemons of differing heights and builds and sometimes even their trainers. It was concerning; he was honestly worried that she'd hurt herself everytime she hit someone, but when he saw her, yipping happily and bounding off again in a new direction, he knew she was safe.[break][break]
Still, it was exasperating to see her be so...clumsy, even if it was pleasing to see her having fun. It just... didn't seem right, but he figured that perhaps that was due to his upbringing. Be elegant and all that - really, sometimes he couldn't tell what thoughts were his teacher's or his own, that was how ingrained the lessons from childhood were in him. So when the Eevee, energetic ball of fur and all, found a resting Liepard to jump on before leaping to tackle the canine-traited gijinka standing nearby, he hastily made his way over and scooped up his charge, bowing to the man - and woman sitting on the bench - and offering his apologies.[break][break]
"Forgive her. She's simply excited to be able to meet new...friends." He said, as he bent down to gently place her on the ground, chiding her lightly once again that day to be a little more gentle, before glancing up and raising a brow at his Lycanroc, who was sniffing the male gijinka. "Sorry, they're not usually like this. I suppose he likes you, though." Ashton told the man, before gesturing for Cynric to come over - which the pokemon did, though he gave up on Lucinda who was now playing chase with a Houndoom and Herdier nearby. "...Mm, well, it looks like she found herself playmates she wants to be with." He murmured with a sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose as he watched Cynric follow the Eevee's stead. "The name's Ash. Sorry again for," He gestured at his pokemon. "Them."[break][break]
