Nod is a very interesting looking child. His hair is wild and messy, blonde in color, and his skin is fairly heavily tanned. His eyes are a bright blue in color, almost feral in their intensity. He has whisker-like scars on his cheeks carved in by his parents. His skin is rather rough, and his hands and feet are especially calloused. He tends to go barefoot, and generally only wears a loose shirt and short jeans, or whatever he can scavenge. When walking on two legs, there is an odd hunch to his back, from years of walking on all four limbs. Preferring to walk on all four limbs, he is able to do so more naturally than most, although there is a touch of jerkiness, and unnaturalness, as the human body isn't meant to move in such a way. His teeth are rather sharp, especially his canine teeth.

When interacting with people, his facial expressions don't seem entirely natural. He spent most of his life learning from Pokemon, so he isn't used to expressing his emotions on his face much.
