There were many things that Jasmine was and had. [break][break]

She was rich, yes. She has been more or less neglected, yes. She has many things, such as money that could literally buy her anything. She had godly looks (no, really) and hell she had a attitude to back it up with a usually flirtatious and composed demeanour. A perfect little business woman in the face of formalities, and even then she was more than capable of sending her quick and casual compliments here and there. She could do casual banter. She could shoot back flirts, she could return flirtatious gestures without much a problem. That is.. Until it came to the few people who would return said gestures with all the confidence in the world. There she didn't know how to react nor she didn't know how to respond. Hence why it usually results in her flushing and becoming a complete mess because hell if she knows what she should say. There were few people who could actually.. Do that with bold actions, but those few people who could manage it always made the girl flush and light up like the fourth of July. [break][break]

That being said, her looks somehow landed her into modelling how long back. Being scouted and what not, in spite of being the CEO of the Lyeant Silph Co. Yes, her family pretty much owned the company, which is why she was a bit of a big deal. That being said, she was also fairly influential due to her status and.. Well, the fact that she was literally the CEO of the Silph Co's Lyeant Branch alone offered many opportunities for her. But as it stands right now, she was just a model. She was the one being hired by someone, she was the one who was called over to model for some sort of product. While she usually only does these sorts of things on the side, she preferred to at least have something she would personally prefer to do. Something asides from what her parents expected her to do, and something that didn't bound her to the mafia and whatever works they had in mind for her. Amoral acts, jobs, tasks and such that if weren't completed, she'd be the one facing the consequences. Dire ones at that, yet she knows fully well that the Mafia couldn't kill her. Should they do so, the Silph Cooperation would undergo a panic, and it would certainly cause an uproar in the Parallax due to its high position. As of now, it would be plain foolish for someone to start a war on an already war-ridden region. [break][break]

And truthfully, it was sad. [break][break]

But the negative thoughts will be negative, and she didn't come here to think about her own occupation and her own life choices (let them be willing or unwilling). She came here to meet with a manager and the photographer for the day, along with her partner--... Right, her partner. The same one who called in last minute, claiming that he had a flu even though he seemed so eager to work with her. Part of her thinks that he only accepted after hearing that she would be his partner, purely because he had declined it before she accepted, only for him to jump onto the offer again. Pounced at it, like it was going to disappear. On any other occasion, she would recognize him as a diligent worker if it weren't for that single factor - what with how intent he seemed on working with her. Unfortunately, he'd just talk and talk and talk, constantly try to flirt with her without a damn to give, even though she showed no interest asides from professional formalities. Why couldn't he get the hint? She didn't know, she didn't want to know. What mattered now was that he couldn't perform with her, and that's why they needed to find someone last minute. That someone happened to come in the form of said jokingly vain, photogenic man who was waiting not too far outside of the studios for her. [break][break]

It wasn't difficult to recognize the hair nor the sharp eyes, especially with the height she often groaned over. The violet haired woman pauses in her tracks as the soft vibration of her phone sounds against her thigh. She quickly reaches down to retrieve it from her pocket, only glancing down at the lock screen to see enough of whatever greeting or alert he so direly needed to say. Though she quirks her lips into a slight frown of irritation, the salamander tail slowly sways behind her in an odd form of.. Satisfaction. But.. Over what? Content, perhaps? Seeing how he actually came over after agreeing to help. N-Not like she was looking forwards to this, of course. It was just professional; it was professional work with her best friend, so there was no reason for her to suddenly get so giddy over it. With that, Jasmine weaves her way down the path, up until she's ensured that she would be in his line of sight after he looks up from his phone. One hand gently clutches on the strap of her purse, while the other arm waves up slightly, holding onto her phone as to get his attention. Violet eyes lock contact with him, but the unimpressed expression stood where it was. "I told you to stop calling me a gabba!" Dammit, Bai. Once she closes the distance between them, she lowers her hand as to slip her phone back into her pocket. Her brows furrow as to emphasize her distaste in the name, but.. Well, she was just as much a culprit of being childish as he was. "God damned Lemongrab..."[break][break]

But though she says that, her eyes narrow a tad before slowly trailing back up with the intention to lock eye contact. "Anyways.. It's just a photoshoot for today. Advertising clothing, a brand, that stuff. My manager.. Should be coming over to pick us up--... Yeah, he should be coming soon." Though she initially says that with a casual tone, her voice seems to lower a bit upon the latter end of her sentence. She grits her teeth while gently pursing her lips, and immediately avoids eye contact by looking off to the side as though she could brush it off without an issue. ".. And for the record, to remind you, this is just for professional purposes, okay?"[break][break]

... Yeah. A reminder for him, and for her.
