It's been a while she walked the lands of a region as a trainer herself. First she joined an organization, and now she's working with a bunch of rich people to rebuild the region their own way. She had some free time for herself, so some investigating was in order! The best way to get to know what you're up against, is to decipher your environment after all. It certainly shocked her to hear that the region had a town that was obliterated off the face of the earth, but that only fed her curiosity towards the broken region. If she didn't know any better, she would think that it were even more corrupt than Kanto was years back. Speaking of Kanto, it's been a while since she got into contact with the trio. Red, Green, and Yellow. Hah, almost sounds like they all came from a colour palette didn't it?
A smile crept up on her face as she reminisced, nearly spacing out as she was walking. Red used to be really jumpy. An honest man, although he just suddenly stopped talking after a certain event. Yellow was a cute little cinnamon roll, but that never stopped her from pinning the poor thing on Lance of all people. And finally; Green. Usually cold, serious, not a single funny bone on his person. At least, that's what she saw from him. She could just feel the heat returning to her cheeks as she recalled past events, but that darkened after a few moments.
It would be bad if she were found out.
Blue has travelled this far, all the way down to this war-torn region. Now said war was most likely going to result in yet another one with the three forces growing at freakishly rapid paces. In all the confusion, the woman herself touched down to this region. The first thing she wanted to see was exactly what measure of destruction could result in such a catastrophic division throughout the people. So much, that neutrality wasn't even an option. Sure, it irked her that she couldn't go do her own thing, she was even less amused when she found that the one group who held the most potential power was the one who valued humans over pokemon. Ravaging through their environments for their own personal gain.. What was different between themselves and Team Rocket? The greedy and rich irked her, and she openly admitted to being a hypocrite in that sense.
She made quick stride across the terrain; dusty, silent, and a near eerie vibe filled the atmosphere around her as she approached a giant crater that was littered in graves for the fallen. Out of pure respect, the woman took her hat off as she carefully manoeuvred around the countless graves. Goodness, just what type of power was capable enough to wipe out an entire city to this extent anyways? She had done extensive research on the region itself before coming to investigate, but never would she have thought it to be this bad. Truly, there was a large difference between reading through a book and seeing the very remains of the event before your own eyes. It almost pained her to see so many graves lined far beyond the eye could see, and that was only perhaps a fraction of the amount of lives lost.
The thought was chilling.
A pokeball came flying outwards with the flick of her wrist, and popped out a large, pink pokemon that inflated up like a balloon. She took off her back foot to hop up onto the large pokemon's back, and had it lift off into the air. The wind hit her face rather quickly, and so she needed to keep her head down and arm up on her hat to keep it from falling back. Her skirt fluttered in the air while her brown locks followed not too far behind. She was nearly astonished to see how large the area of effect was from an aerial perspective; it was almost scary. "Hrm.. I'll need to do more research." The trainer mumbled to herself. Still, she chose to stay airborne for a short while until her eyes picked up a very, very familiar figure in the distance. It was vague but.. It looked to be a female? Who would be here at this time of day, where everyone else was probably getting lunch?
Curiously, she directed downwards to the target in hopes to get a better view. The surprise on her face was evident to see that it was another dex holder wandering the region's soil. No, it was (thankfully) not any of the Kanto holders that she knew of - it was one of the Hoenn ones. Hrm.. Still, it would be bad if she were spotted. It didn't look like she was very much noticed yet anyways, so she hoped to keep floating in the air without much movement. If you moved too much, you'd catch their eye. But on the other end, it was a blown up Wigglytuff in the air. Kind of hard not to spot.
Jeez, she was losing her edge. The most she could do was pray that the trainer wouldn't spot her. If she did, and called her over, then Blue would probably have no choice but to comply. It'd be bad to make your friends suspicious of you, after all.
