TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!

How long has it been since she walked down these streets?
It felt nostalgic, almost in the melancholy way for no particular reason. Ah, yes. Up until recently, she was a Council Member within the pokemon association and yet here she was, out on the streets coming in fresh from New Veherna. The streets were littered with both people and their pokemon, contently walking on by as though there were not a worry in the world. If she were to be honest, she adored this type of atmosphere - where humans and pokemon are able to live in harmony without any superiority over the other - without the conflict. Unfortunately, Gwyndolyn knew fully well that there were those who easily abused and threw pokemon away like tools. They made them fight to the death and.. Well, lets say she wasn't very against liberating pokemon from humans. It pained her, but pokemon should be able to spend time with their trainers without the need of machinery to bind them against their wills. Pokemon should be able to pick how they wanted to live, much the same as humans. But, alas, humans were greedy creatures.
The woman continued to walk down the paths and the streets. Her straight, lime locks followed suit not too far behind her while bright, burning amber eyes were fixated on the path before her. Hell, she didn't even try to hide her appearance. Why should she? She wasn't ashamed of her choice, nor did she see a reason to feel ashamed. If anything, she was pretty happy with what chose to do. There were the occasional finger pointing and murmurs amongst the crowd that picked up her vivid green hue, although that quickly stopped simply by shifting her gaze in the general direction. Apparently, she was now intimidating. Kind as she was, there was a limit to her patience. Luckily, her mood was lifted by the bustling pokemon running around, paired with the trainers trying to keep up with their pokemon's pace. Or, if they were in groups, they would be chatting away and laughing as though the day would never end. Quite the chatty part of time; a place where she unintentionally wandered off into.
Luckily, she was still walled in by the comfort of the towering skyscrapers that reached far beyond what the eye could see. The towering buildings housed the winds and she could feel the gentle chill of the breeze blowing against her glowing, peach skin. It was refreshing, especially with the slightly warm climate today. Not a cloud in the sky, and that was a good thing really. The Sun was blazing with a radiant light as it neared the peak of the sky, so it should have been about later morning or noon-ish. She would think so, at least. It was nice weather to be training, and she was thinking that she could maybe go look for a training ground in Eirenhyre; it's only natural right? There were often battle grounds for trainers to test their own strength against other trainers, and there were event training grounds scattered across the city for those who would like to train their team. That was the extent of her memory, anyways. She could have been completely wrong, but that's what she could remember clearly.
The golden-eyed woman continued down the path with her hands in her hoodie's pockets. Her casual scroll went uninterrupted despite the faint whispers and occasional puzzled looks she was getting from the people who knew of her and her resignation from the council. She'd be lying if she said that she wasn't uncomfortable, but what can you do right? All she could do was walk on without paying attention - deafen herself from the people. She sighed. Maybe it really would have been better to wear some thing to conceal herself if this was going to happen every time she came into the city. So indulged in her own thoughts, she failed to take notice of the Mankey that ran on by her feet. The hyperactive pokemon completely disregarded her presence and the top of her foot ended up tripping over the little pokemon's long, thin tail. Granted, she wasn't paying the best attention to her path, but it would have been nice if she wouldn't have to be falling like this.
Gwyn failed to catch herself by having her foot step forwards to stop, and so resorted to using her arms to stop herself from falling too badly. She pit her hands against the oncoming ground, and she could feel the sudden jolt of pressure from the ground through her bones. It made her shiver, it sent goosebumps and rattled her up to the top of her head. That was.. A horrible feeling, actually. The florist had to bring her knees in to her body in order to regain her balance, although it looked like her hands were scraped against the ground from the impact. It wasn't until after she composed herself did she find a pair of shoes standing before her. Ah! She was blocking the path, wasn't she? Of course she was. Her eyes widened in surprise upon processing, and she quickly shifted her gaze up to the male who towered over the kneeling Gwyn. "I'm sorry! It'll only be a moment for me to get up--" She hasn't even realized who she was speaking to, until she took a very close look at him from the ground. Huh.. It's been a while.
The annoying sound filled his ears more rapidly than he would have wanted. Turning over, Nathan slammed his hand down onto his alarm clock to hush the steady beeping of the small device. But that wasn't before he got a peek of the time. “I ought to set that a bit earlier” he thought to himself. Though, he probably never would as he liked to sleep in. Yawing, the Scarlet Dragon sat up on his bed and eyed his closet. Good thing he had already identified his outfit the night before, so that he could start training as soon as possible and avoid rummaging to find an appropriate outfit.
Laying his clothes out on a chair, he made his way to the bathroom and started the shower. Before he knew it he was already on his way down the elevator of the Ysgarlad suite. Reaching the entrance he was greeted by the cleaning lady, as usual.
“Good morning Mr. Ysgarlad!” she expressed with a smile. Nathan didn't even look her way and just responded with a small groan before walking straight out the door. Kinda rude? Yes, but he didn't have time for plebs, despite it being a nice greeting, and she was use to it.
As he entered the bustling streets of Eirenhyre City, the sun couldn't help but beam down upon him. It was a pretty nice day to say the least. He continued walking down the streets, wind brushing up against him, heading toward his favorite training area. Nothing could go wrong, right? Wrong. Weaving in and out of people, some of who were trying to admire Nathan because of his popularity within the city, he came to a screeching halt. It appeared that a women had fallen and couldn't get up. QUICK! CALL LIFE ALERT!
Jk.
"I'm sorry! It'll only be a moment for me to get up--” she quickly said before realizing who she was speaking to. "Nathan.." the female quietly added. He was actually a bit surprised when he noticed it was Gwyn. Not because he hadn't seen her in a while or for the fact she left the council, but instead because she was on the ground looking foolish in front of everyone, including Nathan.
“Tch...Gwyn,” he expressed irritation, “get off the ground.” Reaching his hand outward to help her up, he looked around to make sure nothing else would cause another accident.

Please do. She probably broke a leg or something--
In all seriousness though, she didn't think that she would be finding Nathan of all people in a crowded area lest he were in a rush somewhere else. If anything, he always came off as the type of person to get annoyed by the constant chatter around and about. It's been a while since she was ahem - blessed by his presence as many would say. He looked to be well, if not just a bit irritated by the prying eyes that the duo attracted just by being together. The surrounding chattering lowered to whispers, both out of spite for the woman and admiration for the man.
Gwyn's gaze was fixated on Nathan for a good moment until they widened at the realization at her current position. She was pretty much kneeling on the ground after tripping in front of so many people, and she could feel the corners of her lips dipping downwards to form a small frown at her foolish mistake. "Erk.." Her eyes narrowed to the side briefly in the sheer embarrassment and irritation threatening to plague her skin and mind. Things were only get even more worse if she just stayed on the ground, wasn't it? She should uh, probably get up right about now.
She more than gladly reached her arm up in attempt to reach for his hand.. Until she felt the stinging of a few pebbles from the path that engraved themselves into her flesh from the earlier trip up. Instead, she quickly made quick work by gently rubbing her hands together in an attempt to quickly be rid of the annoying rocks before actually grabbing onto him. Luckily for her, he hadn't retreated his offer to help; the gesture was greatly appreciated. She eyed the man after she was pulled back onto her feet, and she was able to finally shake off that horrid feeling of shock against the impact with the ground. With a gentle nod, she waved her hand up to him intended to be a gesture of gratitude. "Thank you for that." She beamed as a small smile returned to her face. Again, it's been a while since she had seen him. It was good to know what he didn't hold any ill will towards her for her recent actions towards the council unlike most of those who affiliated with the association..
That asides, she was still baffled to see the tanned-skinned man walking around and about in this time of day. It was nice weather; and nice weather meant a lot of people-- No. Rather, he actually didn't dislike her right off the bat. Gwyn was fully aware of the way he treated the other council members who were not of his kin, and she also noticed that way he treated her after that League Tournament they faced off in. It wouldn't hurt anyone if she tried to spark up some form of conversation, right? Exactly. "How have you been? You look like you've been doing well." She spoke up, now completely trying to ignore the pain in her hands.
Eh, she'll just wash it off and it can heal itself.
Normally this area of the town wouldn't be so crowded but it just so happened that Nathan and Gwyn were both here, and she had fallen. So it was just a massive concoction of 'Hey everyone look at us'. However, Nathan kept his usual composer and waited patently for her to grab his hand so he could assist her up off the ground. As he waited he noticed she rubbed her hands together, most likely to free any pebbles lodged into her hands from the fall.
"Thank you for that." she thanked him as she gathered herself to her feet, also showing a smile. If it were any other council member to have ran into her, they would have probably had her arrested and prosecuted for treason. Nathan was different however and didn't care much for all the stupid politics. He was in the position he was in simply because of his family's name. Yeah it was nice to be financially stable and all, but he enjoyed being alone without all of the commotion of crowds.
Hence for the reason he was in a hurry to get to the outskirts of town. It wasn't too much farther until he would be at his favorite training spot.
"How have you been? You look like you've been doing well." The green haired female asked Nathan without any hesitation really, despite not seeing him in a while. This didn't bother him because he didn't have a problem with her decisions.
“I've been fine.” He replied before turning and heading back in the original direction he was going. “What about yourself?” the man added, implying that he wasn't going to just walk off but instead for her to follow him as he continued the conversation. He remembered of their battle back during one of the League Tournaments and although he won, he actually enjoyed the battle. It's one of the reasons he didn't hate her guts. She seemed to enjoy training Pokemon just as much as him.
He planned on bringing her to his training spot and battling her, but only if she was up for it. She could always refuse and go about her business or stay and relax, since the area he was heading to was private property. Nathan continued to head down the street, hands in his pants pockets, a step ahead of Gwyn. The day was still young, so there was plenty to do besides Pokemon battle. The man was curious about why she left the council but he'd wait to ask her that until later on.

She was actually surprised to see that he was willing to help her out, seeing that she was the one who left the council in the first place. Nevertheless, seeing this relieved her more than she probably should be, seeing that he was kind enough to help her up that had to have meant that he didn't completely hate her for her stepping down from the council. Apparently, doing something like that just put you on the immediate hate list in the Association.. Or maybe it was just her, and people needed a reason to go hating.
Politics were always a drag - even she thought so. While it was interesting to listen in about it, sometimes it just became troubling and a nagging annoyance if you're actually involved. If it weren't for those jerks of parents, then she would probably have done her own thing without the worries of having to be wary of the majority's opinion on her. Even now, when she wished to be more independent, she was worrying about these stupid, petty little things out of pure habit. Damn her parents.
The question regarding his destination continued to nag her, and she intended to ask him if he didn't mind answering. She listened to his response, and retained the smile on her face. It was a positive answer at least - better than the alternative. Her ears perked up, to register his question. "Alright." She replied. She took his follow up question as an invitation to follow, because usually you wouldn't continue the conversation if you wanted to be left alone.
"But it's getting a bit cold." She added with an audibly wavering tone. Her pokemon really hated the cold, being the grass-trainer she was. Less sun, so she'd probably do less battling in the winter weathers. Speaking of grass.. It's actually comical how she was able to battle well with pokemon who held so many weaknesses. Luckily for Gwyn, her parents let her at least train her pokemon when she could. If she couldn't, then she'd often sneak out to train them in the backyard. She knew fully well that Nathan trained his pokemon well by the way he battled with them in the tournament. A battle was always nice and refreshing, so it would be fun if they could engage in battle like that again.
She actually wasn't disappointed losing to him, it was more of frustration towards her parents.
So she followed not too far behind, eventually walking side-by-side. Her eyes traced up to look at the path ahead. "Any destination in mind? It's not everyday I see you walking through a large crowd." She pointed out. Wherever it was, she had no qualms following.
