Lucienne was always a smart girl though she never liked to battle. She preferred her books and her microphone, telling other people what to do rather than Pokemon. Though she had a singular partner as a Flabebe (now a Florges) she was always more a people-person and made friends and connections everywhere she went. While she hated being in the thick of the war, it changed her. It made her more timid and fearful and more determined in the cause she believed in. The safety of people first. [break][break][break]

Luci loves her job. Having been in front of a camera her whole life - though as a child it was just her parents’ home recordings - when she was choosing to decide what it was she should do, she knew that reporting was at the top of her list. Studying at a fairly prestigious finishing school, she used the connections her parents had made in order to land a position as a journalist in Lyeant. While she started out small, doing fluff pieces, she made herself known to producers and everyone she could as someone who would do the dirty reporting, who would speak out for what she believed in.

She reported on every attack and those who’d died weighed heavily on her mind. She saw memorials, posters looking for lost children and families. She saw the pain that had been caused by people who wanted Pokemon’s rights put before those of the humans.

And then Luci found Parallax. Or rather, it found her. Her father and his chain of clothing stores and restaurants caught word of it and put them in contact, mentioning to his daughter that he believed she would be drawn to the cause. And she was. Protecting the region she’d grown to love and call her home, wanting to make a better place where people could be safe.

And so she continued as a reporter, helping to publicise the rebuilding she could see Parallax completing. Encouraging those who’d come to trust her during the days of her hard reporting to side with the group who wanted a better Lyeant for everyone. Because then, she figured, they would be siding the very right way. A spokeswoman for the cause, she is always happy to sign an autograph on a flyer. Always.
