TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!
tbe: take two! is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise. the current skin was created by pharaoh leap using font icons primarily from ion icons and fonts from google fonts. banner art by vav of pixiv. characters, with the exception of canons from the manga, belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours.

Blue's experiencing relationships and feels issues.
Nothing but a figure wandering in the night; Blue Mizu took her sweet, sweet time making long, quick strides down the forsaken streets of Irisia. Granted, she probably shouldn't be calling the city "forsaken"; that would be far too harsh. The woman pulls a pair of white gloves over her hands, sea blue eyes glaring over shining lights illuminating the streets before her. Stretched out in the open, the city that was - if she was going to be frank - operated under capitalism. Whereas she has since long grown used to her time with the Parallax, she still couldn't' shake off the underlying and creeping paranoia that followed it. Not only was she at risk for being found out by the Parallax, but she knows she'll be deemed as a traitor by the other dex holders. Though a trivial matter, she much prefers not to go through the trouble and complications that follow suit.
Instead, the woman takes it upon herself to take a deep sigh. To take in the fresh air Parallax offered her as she wanders the darkened streets. Now, Blue is fully aware that she'll probably be in grave danger in the dark - what with the crime rates and such - but Parallax was (thankfully) controlling one of the significantly safer divisions in the region. Nothing as well as the Association, but it was significantly better than the Republic.
But there's little she can do within Parallax in the night-- Or.. That's a lie. There are countless clubs and bars scattered throughout the city, but the question is where she can spend her time. And while she was a woman who very much enjoyed her research and potential blackmail, she wasn't all work and no play. It made her a plain woman and - if she's going to be totally honest - she'd much prefer to watch people doing stupid things in a nightclub than to be holed up in her room and reading up on things. A girl of the streets, she liked to think herself as.
Mmn.. There was that, then there were a few other things, as well. Between her obvious worries, there were also the interpersonal issues she's recently been struggling with. One of them, in particular, being Green. Blue slowly pulls out a small device, more of a phone, and stares down at the dimmed screen. The messages on the display scroll through rather quickly, all while she's trying to absorb the information. Her lips curl into a small frown, staring at the exchange. Green was in Lyeant, and this would.. Certainly pose difficult for her. Especially if he found her alignment. Her current alignment, that is.
There's her who's thinking all deeply into matters. But in reality, she's internally struggling with boy issues.

H
e couldn't sleep.
It was going to be one of those nights, where despite his human body wanting to give in and pass out, he just kept tossing and turning because no matter how long he thought he'd close his eyes; he just wouldn't be able to sleep. It was these nights he dreaded, as he'd wind up staying up all night and getting scolded by his manager, saying he needed that beauty sleep or it'd affect his modeling career.
He threw his legs over the side of the bed, rubbing his sleep-rimmed eyes to remove the thoughts of the coming day from his head. He knew he needed it, but he knew he could manage. Since this body was 14 he had learned its limits. Yet, he'd motioned to Silvally to come along with him for protection, and within the next few minutes, he'd be out on the cool air of the night street.
Then, about an hour into the night, he'd wind up walking through Irisia. The dim lights of the street tempting him to look towards the buildings within the water-infested city. It was quite otherwise, as he'd expect it to be, yet not being within Parallax he'd still only find comfort having his friend beside him. A deep sigh left his throat, the Pokemon nudging him occasionally out of concern. Yet, it wasn't until Silvally picked up on a figure somewhere in the distance that he'd fully react; letting out strained growls.
"Shut." He spoke softly towards the dog-like Pokemon, not wanting to set anything off. He didn't expect immediate harm to come to him in Parallax city unless he was part of the Republic, so acting aggressively towards those within their city would surely put him in the pond rather than self-defense. He put on his signature look, a more chipper although tired expression filled his face as he waved towards the woman. He didn't recognize her within the dim lights of the streets, but she didn't seem hostile, and that was enough for him.
"Hey! Couldn't sleep either, huh?" His tone stopped reflecting the stern, softness of the legend and went to reflect his age more, aside from the light sound of feminity coming off the tone due to his vocal coards.

But now she's wandering her thoughts, and it's unpleasant in her opinion. She could be using this time to be more productive; to figure out what in the diddly doo the Parallax were actually planning. Despite having initially joined them for the sole intention of trying to figure out what they were trying to do. And yet she could be gathering information, going over to Silph to dig up intel. Take a look at anything to bring Parallax down before scurrying off to the Association as would the other Dex Holders were. And yet as time marched on, Blue was beginning to find more and more appeal in the Parallax. It was slight, yes. She admired the effort they put for humans and safety, but she still wished that pokemon would be in the equation. As a trainer, she wanted pokemon to prosper. But as a human, she would like to know the region would be fortified and safe.
It was a dilemma.
But not one that required too much thought. In the end, she would like to keep things the way they were; she would like to keep things neutral. But.. Mmn.. That was enough musing for the night. She was tired, but at the same time her legs refused to stop and rest. She would like to take the time for herself, to rest and sleep and turn in. But at the same time, thoughts plagued her mind. They were dangerous thoughts, something that she could live very well without. That being said, Blue attempts to shake them off as her deep gaze lingers against the ground.
Fortunately, she's not able to maintain her spaced out condition for too long, because she was soon snapped out by the chipper voice of a young.. Mmn.. Male, she would be assuming. She turns her head upwards, more to take a look in the direction of the voice. Flickering lights were scattered at even intervals down the streets and sidewalks, which lit up enough for her to find the figure. "Hello?" The young woman voices out, more in a response to the masculine - with the underlying femininity in the tone - voice. By the young man's side was a Silvally; a pokemon that she hadn't exactly been introduced to yet. It was an interesting little thing; like a Chimera. No, not like a Chimera. She was certain that it was a Chimera pokemon of all things. Unfortunately, she wasn't sure as to what she should properly call it.
Nevertheless, Blue takes quick steps over to the figure, a smile stretched across her lips. As she begins to approach him, a gloved hand raises itself into the air, physically greeting with a wave of her own. "Hey there~" Her voice chimes in a chipper tone. In response to his earlier question, the woman can't help but to giggle softly while brushing a lock of brunette hair behind an ear -- one that revealed a deep blue earring hooked onto the lobe. "Hah~ Yeah. I couldn't exactly sleep. Too much on my mind and all. Plus, who could possibly sleep on such a beautiful night?~" And.. Well, that wasn't the entire truth. But of course, this was only small talk. Chatter. Good stuff. "That being said.. What are you doing out here? It's dangerous to be wandering out at this time of night - even in Irisia~" And though it's safer than the other two areas, well.. From what she could gather, there were more than enough dangers to worry about. What, with some mafia she's been hearing about--...
Her eyes move from the young man to his pokemon. Her eyes began to quietly trace over it's outline, taking in the numerous parts that made up it's body. Shortly after scanning, her smile broadens as she begins to bend over, resting her hands against the top of her knees to get a better look at the chimera pokemon at his side. "Well.. Aren't you a rare pokemon?~ What type of pokemon are you?~" The woman asks in a sing-song tone.
