It was already noon and Chase was finally getting a chance to take a small break. After spending the morning hours doing a bit of work in assisting the construction of a small new store opening, he was giving the okay to head out. Seems they were set from there, and Chase felt a sense of accomplishment with yet another project assisted in. This was what he was about. Giving to the people, helping the city grow. Return to the home he knew as a child. Although right now? The only thing on the politician's mind was a good lunch, and a nearby cafe was the perfect place.

Yikes, seating was vicious. He had a waitress tell him to just sit wherever, but it seemed outdoors was the most peaceful. So he decided to check there, seeing a table with a single man sitting alone. "Excuse me, is it alright if I sit with you? Seems to be rather packed today." Chase said as he approached, offering a friendly, but formal sort of smile. He stood there though and waited until permission was given, not wishing to impose on anything the man may be occupied with. Besides, would be quite rude to just sit after all. But, at the very least, he could eat elsewhere if need be.
