The best way to describe Willow would be "emotionless." Her face is almost always a blank slate, portraying nothing of how she feels. It's unnerving to be around her, and even more-so trying to have a conversation with her. Her words often hold no emotion, and she cares not for how her words affect you. These icy words often break even the thickest of hides, and she never so much as blinks an eye at the thought of hurting your feelings. In fact, if it makes you leave her alone, she will purposefully do so. She has no desire to form any close bonds with humans. Willow never feels the need to have company in others. Many, many years of being alone have only managed to make her hateful. Mewtwo perfectly conveys its' feelings of intense anger and hate for humans through Willow. The only time she feels at peace is when she is alone. At night the girl will find a remote place where many wild Pokemon roam, and will more often than naught sing to them. Many Pokemon will gather around her and listen to her beautiful voice. The Pokemon themselves know that Willow is different than a normal human, and will approach her without fear. And to Willow, just watching the Pokemon brings her peace. They are innocent, truly pure. They would never hurt her the way that humans did. She can't understand why they feel the need to "enslave" Pokemon for their own "benefit". As a result, she is even more mean to Pokemon trainers than to others. Of course, her rage is unjustified. The gijinka doesn't understand that not all trainers are bad, and refuses to believe otherwise. The best thing to do with Willow is just avoid her altogether. Get her angry, and her rage is unstoppable. She will not hesitate to attack someone who infuriates her, although young children are at her mercy. After all, they are as pure and innocent as any Pokemon. And the girl would never dare to harm an innocent Pokemon. Although Willow's soul is still in her body, the majority of the time Mewtwo will be in control of their actions. She often feels no need to interfere with Mewtwo's actions, and is content standing by and watching things unfold.[break][break][break]

Willow is a thirteen year-old girl, and looks her age. Her hair is long and black, and her eyes are a violet color. She is always seen wearing one of two outfits: one, a school uniform, supposedly from where she had been going to school before her merge with Mewtwo. Two: a purple, white and black schoolgirl uniform-looking outfit with black tights and black heeled shoes, included with a purple bow on the front close to her neck, and the other purple bow on the lower-back of the uniform. When trying to blend in with other humans she usually wears the school uniform, but much prefers her other outfit. She is a tad taller than other girls her age and is rather thin, but not unhealthily-so. She may look petite, but don't let her looks deceive you. There is a powerful Pokemon inside of her that will destroy anything if need-be.[break][break]
Inside of Willow's soul is the merge of both her and Mewtwo. How this came to be will be explained here shortly, but she does not have any physical attributes of Mewtwo. After all, their souls are merged, not their DNA. Mewtwo can, however, use Pokemon moves through the girl's body. Let's take a look.[break][break][break]
Willow Evelyn Mantell was born to a middle-aged couple who had been told for many years that they would not be able to have children. As one would expect, they were completely overjoyed to discover that Willow's mother was pregnant. The pregnancy went without any complications, and Willow was born full-term on a very cold January night. She was very healthy, much to the joy of her parents. For the first few years of her life, Willow grew up well. She had the never-ending love of her parents, and was quite frankly spoiled by them. However, life often doesn't stay perfect forever. One night Willow's parents went out to a movie, and on their drive back home were hit full-force by another car. The impact killed both of them instantly. Having no other family to take care of her, four year-old Willow was brought to an orphanage.[break][break]
From the moment the little girl arrived at the orphanage, she was miserable. It wasn't the staff of the orphanage or the other children that made her miserable, though. She was just very unhappy. As she got older the little girl would stare out of the windows of the orphanage, watching parents happily lead their children down the streets, smiling and laughing. Numerous other children in the orphanage had been adopted, but why not her? Did no one love her? Was she never meant to live a happy life? Willow wanted more than anything to become a part of a family again, and although she didn't really remember her parents, she very slightly recalled being very loved. As the girl grew older, the more she began to hate life. She hated her very existence, and refused to talk to anyone. This certainly did not lead any couples to want to adopt her either, so she was left in place as the other children she knew slowly began to be adopted. This only drove her self-hate deeper, and on several occasions she contemplated suicide. She had become dark and cold, and was far past the point of no return. Her caretakers tried their best to care for her and make her feel better, but Willow would only accept food occasionally from them. She refused to speak, although in the late hours of the night they could sometimes hear her quietly sobbing.[break][break]
Not long after the girl turned twelve years old, she packed some things and ran away from the orphanage in the middle of the night. She didn't want the caretakers to have to suffer any longer because of her. It was obvious at that point that no one wanted her. She had convinced herself that she would never be adopted, she wasn't the perfect child that any sensible parent would want. Willow wandered for days, sleeping only when she had to and stealing food off of counters at restaurants when no one was looking. Eventually, she wandered into Cerulean City. That night, in the midst of a very large snow storm, she took shelter in a cave on the outskirts of the city. The shelter did nothing to cease the cold, but it at least got her out of the elements. Cold, miserable, and terribly hungry, the girl finally fell asleep clutching her old tattered-up blanket. Suddenly, she was awoken by a mysterious presence. The girl looked up from where she was sleeping to see the legendary Pokemon Mewtwo staring down at her. She gasped loudly, her eyes wide, but her cries were quieted by a startlingly calm voice. "Do not be afraid, human. I will not harm you." Said the Mewtwo. Willow shook, rubbing her eyes, still thinking that this must have been some sort of dream. The Pokemon stared at her, tilting its head slightly. "What is it that you seek?" Mewtwo asked her. "I... am not wanted. Useless, different, not loved. I only wish to be needed..." The girl sobbed. Mewtwo gazed curiously at the young girl, and went down on one knee so it was eye-level with her. "Join me. Together, we can accomplish great things. No longer will you be lonely, for I will be right with you. We can become one." Mewtwo told the girl. Willow stared into the Pokemon's eyes, a surprising amount of warmth in them. "Will I... still be awake? Even if we are one?" She asked. The Pokemon nodded. "If you so wish, I will not deny you of your request. We can be together, two souls who share one body. Is that what you want?" Mewtwo asked. The girl stared at the ground for several moments, but her decision was made quickly. "Yes." She murmured.[break][break]
The very next day, they had set off from Cerulean City. Willow watched from her own eyes as Mewtwo led them to a region called Lyeant, where it had heard terrible things were happening. Mewtwo was very concerned for all of the Pokemoon in the region who were suffering because of the war that the humans had caused. And after hearing that a new group had gathered who sought to get rid of the natural Pokemon habitat to ensure the safety of the region, Mewtwo had become furious. The Pokemon told Willow that it wanted to reunite with other legendaries, particularly Mew, and try to restore the region's Pokemon habitat to the way it should be. And it was willing to take out anyone who interfered with its plan. Along the way, a few Pokemon had joined them in their mission. Willow did not catch them in Pokeballs, as Mewtwo had requested. Rather, they accompanied them. They were lonely souls who wanted to help Mewtwo's cause. Before long they had an Espeon, Kirlia and Espurr following them along every step of the way. If need be, Mewtwo would even offer to carry any of them. And together, Willow was happy. Mewtwo did not feel much affection, but was glad for the support. After arriving in Lyeant, Mewtwo had Willow sign up with the organization that was well-known as "The Republic Lyeant." They were curious as to why such a young girl would want to be involved, but after seeing the way she stared at them with her cold, emotionless eyes, they decided not to ask any questions. As well as being on the look-out for Mew, Mewtwo is set on trying to fix Pokemon habitat. And that starts with trying to get rid of the group called Parallax.
