The formerly taciturn and now simply stagnant god of the Johto seas is known particularly for Xyr neutrality in human affairs. Rarely ever siding with or against humanity Noll believes Xyr job is simple, to preserve life in all forms as long as Xe can while interfering as little as possible. It was the resolve to preserve life in all forms that prompted the legendary stormcaller to take his own human host. Stubborn and resolute, it's rare to find Noll moving for any particular faction, simply healing and helping those in need regardless of where they stand. Over the course of Xyr travels, Noll has formed a small society of nomadic field medics made up of both Pokemon and human hands. [break][break]

While Lugia didn't fully inherit the host body's personality In Xyr absorption of the host mind Xe did inherit the memories and resolve of the young doctor and strives to use the body as the original owner would have seen fit as per the terms of their contract. [break][break]

To make a long story short, Noll is an honorbound individual and saying Xe'set in his ways is an understatement. Noll's been both praised and demonized by people and pokemon alike throughout the history of the world and as such has seen what Xe believes to be all walks of life, as such Xe's confident in Xyr ways and has no plan to change. These ways often being stagnant and while making differences on a small scale never fix the problems pokemon and humanity face.[break][break]

Fall of the Stormcaller

Lugia remembers when Xe was worshiped by the Lord's final creations. Many eons spent perched upon the brass tower, calling forth rain for the harvest season living symbiotically with humanity alongside Xyr other. Xe remembers the night when Xyr world changed forever the massive fire and disdain from the people, so much so Xe despised humanity, they were undeserving of this concept the lord placed in them, they weren't worthy of [free will]. What went on in the other's mind Xe doesn't know, but the storm god retreated to the great Johto Sea, the place Xe'd been given dominion over initially. Many years Lugia spent hidden away in the Whirl Islands bitterness and anger preventing any and all from reaching him. Still without Xyr humanity continued to survive one way or another.

Ebb and Flow

Humanity never changes, but with time old wounds are healed. Eons spent hidden away from humanity gave time for these wounds to fester, yes, but it also gave time for healing. Lugia's next dealing with humanity comes in a time where human technology has begun to ascend, pokemon and people stand side by side working together, fighting alongside each other to further the world as a whole. Still, perhaps solely of Xyr stubborn disposition, Lugia's chosen to house Xem in the Whirl Islands still cut off from humanity. It's only when the Stormbringer was summoned by a certain Shitenou clan member and a young girl from the forests of Kanto. The man, Lance, wished to use the Stormbringer's power to end humanity, and perhaps 50 years prior the Johto guardian would have made it so, but those many years ebbing the god's anger and the girl's kind soul prompted the opposite, and so instead the Stormbringer spread life across the region before retreating back to Xyr home deep in the Johto Seas.

Holy Metals

Following Lugia's appearance in modern society, the pokemon was sought after by trainers boats parading across the sea, Xyr sea in an attempt to capture the storm pokemon. Enraged at the gall of humanity Lugia fought against humanity sinking seaward vessels and attacking any and all who attempted to cross until three youths two boys who shined of gold and silver, and a girl who sparkled like crystal managed to subdue the angry god. However, Xe was caught by another bystander, a masked man amidst the chaos, and was further used to devastate the region at a conference attended by the strongest trainers across the land. This all did little to improve the Stormcaller's opinion of humanity as a whole.

A Taciturn Storm God

The years following Xyr escape of the masked man Xe returned to their secluded lifestyle refusing to further interfere with humanity. Content entirely with watching the seas and the world from beneath the waves, still despite Xyr overtly negative experiences with the world curiosity still grew in the heart of the legend, curiosity concerning the majestic world of humans and poekmon that surrounded the small sea Lugia confined itself in, curiosity concerning those three children whom somehow managed to subdue the legendary beast. Still the Stormcaller remained in Xyr home hidden away resolute in Xyr ways.[break][break]

It was only when a new traveler found himself washed up Xyr shore following a shipwreck that the Legend communed with the broken and dying survivor. A doctor who happened upon a terrible storm at sea, the only survivor and even then the doctor was on his last legs, halfway impaled in the crash it was a miracle the man had survived this long. He'd been a kind soul, going through years of school since boyhood with dreams of becoming a doctor, a healer of man only to have his dream taken from him before it could truly start. The Stormcaller perhaps out of pity for the son of man would make a deal. [break][break]

The god would take the doctor's body for Xyr own, there was no saving the doctor, but through this, the doctor would be able to live on in a sense through the storm god. Seeing as the guardian pokemon wished to acquire a human body this event as sad as it was could serve as an opportunity for both beings. The doctor with little time remaining agreed to the proposal with a single condition.[break][break]

"For the time you use my body become the healer I was unable to be."[break][break]

Lugia a pokemon of honor gave Xyr word and so the body became a part of the storm caller. The man died, but his spirit even today lives on inside the body. The influx of legendary power through the body was more than enough to revive its physical capabilities as the energy flowed through the body its hair would turn stark white the eye color changing as the wound healed and the heart once again began to beat.

The Healer's Legacy

With a body, and a promise to feel the Storm Pokemon left Xyr home traveling across the sea visiting various regions through human eyes, healing all the injured Xe came into contact with human and pokemon alike before taking residence in a region where civil war threatened to envelop the country. It was here that the Stormcaller would fulfill Xyr promise.
