Fullmoon Island

It was exhausting.

For as long as you could remember, you and this.. Dark entity have been battling it out for centuries - nay - millenniums. Longer than your mind could take you back, you were worshipped by the humans for your brilliance and ability to ward away eternal slumber, ruthless nightmares, and ease the soul with pleasant dreams with just the presence of your feathers. You've been chasing this entity for literally your entire life, even so much to the point you and they both settled down on islands that are direct mirror images of the other; facing directly so that they would never go a night without you noticing. Many people have sought you out for your feather, some for greedy uses while some for genuine, and benevolent intentions.

However no matter how hard you tried - you were equals. Neither of you could survive without the other; there was a balance to maintain. They always escaped, no matter how hard you tried, and you were getting fairly impatient. Still, you always left your feathers scattered across the island for those who wished to pick them up, assuming they could have even gotten there in the first place. Fullmoon Island was always so radiant, perhaps because of your shrine.

Distortion World

Of all the years you have been chasing Darkrai, you never would have thought that you would run into such a peculiar group of trainers. One night, a man who went by the name Palmer captured you on Fullmoon Island, and brought you over to a child to awaken him from this seemingly eternal nightmare which was clearly the work of Darkrai. He was a good man, someone whom you respected and thus had no qualms with following his direct orders. In the Distortion World, you certainly didn't expect to find a lone Darkrai in the distortion world with her. There, the two of them battled it out until finally, you chased down Giratina with another trainer mounted on your back.

Aftermath

After a long battle, you stood by Palmer just a bit longer until you were finally released back to Fullmoon. For the next while, you and Darkrai was battling on par with the other whereas he failed to damage you badly, and vise versa. Well.. Long story short, Darkrai was the one who ended up merging with a human first - and they had their own team of pokemon to add to their own strength. And with that, you also learned from Reshiram how to merge in with a human vessel for yourself. You served as a priestess for your own shrine, up until you found Darkrai moving around and about. What the humans did were no concern to you, however you chose to aid humans in the reconstruction by acting as a nurse in the pokemon association. But, you knew fully well that some of your other legendary.. Companions, would have different ideals and ideas. It's been a while since you have seen Darkrai as well, and so you await for the day you can assist humanity.
