what's there to say about a kid who loves magikarps? not much, of course - the only information they'd be willing to give are facts and figures about magikarps, a pokemon they are near specialists about. having grown up in a fishing family in cerulean city, it was almost expected of maggie to become a fisher, to know about all sorts of water types, and help run the family business! maggie, however, had other plans, falling almost in love with the near useless fish.[break][break]
what could their parents do about this? nothing, and they figured, hey, it's better than something self destructive! they let their child learn about the fish, bought them books, figures, plushies, anything and everything they could find. when it's time for them to learn how to fish, they take them to the magikarp ponds, they do whatever they can to make their child happy, as good parents should.[break][break]
