TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!
tbe: take two! is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise. the current skin was created by pharaoh leap using font icons primarily from ion icons and fonts from google fonts. banner art by vav of pixiv. characters, with the exception of canons from the manga, belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours.

I mean, that was written for a reason. ;D She was too good for him.
But yes, we should plot, fellow republic member! Going to try to think about things today, so hopefully I can hit up your plotter with something interesting, unless you already have ideas.

is, as Mimi likes to put it, a grumpybutt. He doesn't like most people, doesn't want to get to know people, and would honestly rather just be left alone to read or attempt and fail at sleep. Now, as anti-social as the boy may be, there is still plenty of room for plots.[break][break]
Other legendary Pokemon are always kind of welcome. They might put up with his wet cat like attitude a little bit better than most, especially because he can't hurt them as easily. Also, they most likely knew him from when he was Solgaleo, before he became human. On that note, I do need a legendary to have been the one to convince him that he should take a human host. He's going to hate that person the most, but it would be good plots.[break][break]
Other Republic members, well...Aidan isn't a die hard supporter. He's violent and lacks some very important morals, and he needed a job, so they seemed like the best fit for him. Maybe they're on missions or assignments or whatever it is together. Maybe they met at some sort of headquarters/meeting place/etc because even Aidan gets called in sometimes. He won't be happy, but he'll work together-ish if that's the job. And then never want to talk to you again, but eh.[break][break]
Parallax members, well...maybe you can try to swing him over to your side. A warning, he doesn't actually give a shit. However, you do have Lunala on your side, so...[break][break]
Other trainers, watch out. However, if you need a villain/bully for a plot, Aidan might be your guy. Will probably need to plot a way to have him back off if you don't want someone seriously hurt/killed/etc, though.[break][break]
Friends are rare, but there are a few people he'll be able to tolerate more than others. They would need to be persistant and be willing to have had a long history with Aidan already. Also, able to put up with him. [break][break]
Lovers...well, sex is a thing. Aidan is extremely possessive though. Any relationship he's in isn't going to be a healthy one.[break][break]
Enemies...yes. Just yes.

[attr="class","tbeapponeper2"] Solgaleo was a very spoiled character as a Pokemon. He was possessive, competitive, and adored the worship of the people, but he was never truly a bad Pokemon. He rather liked his position, and though he took advantage of its perks, he protected the people in the area during the day. [break][break]
And then he was convinced to become human, and that was when he made a terrible choice in host. [break][break]
His host was short tempered, cold, cruel, and stubborn, and that personality ended up combining with Solgaleo's in a massive bid for control. The Aidan now is grumpy, prone to immediate threats, and does not want to be around people. He will do what he can to get humans to leave him alone (though his tolerance for specific people can be built up), and if he's not growling threats at you, he may be about to resort to physical violence. Or Pokemon violence. Or breaking out legendary Pokemon powers violence. It's probably best to just let him nap or read.[break][break]
Of course, if you have the misfortune to run into him on a mission, well...good luck to you. Human form or no, he does what he is assigned to, no matter what stands in his way. [break][break][break]
When the sun disappears and the knights have fallen
[attr="class","tbeapponebio"]
[attr="class","tbeapponebio2"]
Aidan's life before human was one of worship and respect. He had his shrine, one open to the warmth of the sun at all angles and all times of the year. The people in the area worshipped him, and he shared the job with Lunala, whose shrine was on the other side of the mountain pillar. He was happy where he was, content in his job and position, and only competing to gain more followers. [break][break]
And then [Legendary tbd here] convinced him to give away his majestic lion form and settle for a human one. At the time, it didn't seem like the worst plan, as the worshippers had trickled to a halt over time, and as much as he liked living at his shrine alone, he didn't want to be the only Legendary Pokemon not in a human body. Peer pressure at its worst, but as much as he liked living semi-alone, sometimes he did get lonely.[break][break]
It was the worst decision he ever made. [break][break]
The host he chose was still alive, and that soul fought back as hard as it could in order to keep control. Solgaleo tried to force it out, but instead the two ended up merging during a fierce battle for dominance. The legendary Pokemon's part seemed in control, but there were bits and pieces of the man he possessed that shone through, including the nightmares.[break][break]
As Solgaleo, he did not dream. Night was Lunala's territory, when he could sleep peacefully in the other world, unbothered by anything save for the occasional desperate trainer. As a human? Every time he closed his eyes, horrific visions danced through his mind. Nightmares were things he had never experienced before, and no matter what he did, he found he could not keep them away. Instead he took to staying up, taking cat naps when the exhaustion was just too much for him, and even those mostly in light of day. [break][break]
His already antisocial temperment grew worse with his lack of sleep. His oversized feline nature began to come out more and more, with his threats to passerby growled out, constantly on alert and ready to pounce. Aidan would do anything for a good, long sleep or, more importantly, the chance to reclaim his original body. The human bits in him fought against the last part, and Aidan realized he was stuck longer than he had ever wanted to be.[break][break]
The realization did not help his temper, so he left Alola and joined up with the Republic in Lyeant soon after. It was something to do, to make money to keep his human body alive, and he suddenly had people to take that pent up aggression out on. He still couldn't sleep, and he was still human, but it was better than it was before.
