vladimir has a handful of abilities available to him, even if they were watered down. of course, each varies, but in general he likes using the more flashy of his skills. nothing quite makes a statement like releasing a weakened aeroblast from one's mouth or hand.

the first of his abilities is pressure. there is a general air around vladimir, one that even non-legendaries can sense. gijinkas and psychics are more naturally aware of it, but even a regular old human will be able to feel it. the pressure that surrounds him is dark and evil, and often makes people feel trapped, aggressive, or any other negative emotion. it's like a constant pressing wave of negativity against a person's psyche - but in general it can easily be brushed aside. although, if vladimir connects eyes with someone, he can project this aura even more intensely. how people react to it varies from person to person - but almost none (saved the real fucked up ones) take anything positive from it.

vladimir still retains an interesting affinity with the sea. however, instead of trying to calm storms, he wants to cause them. he wants the world to drown, buried under the sea - he wants the world to be ripped apart by fierce storm winds, and charred by lightning. this shows, for when his bare skin touches water, it warps. basically, it seems to become twisted - and he can direct this kind of water to attack others. it can kill with a well placed hit, but in general it's just acidic and very hard for some reason.

if he's honest, he's not had the time to figure out all of his new skills with his host - but since xd001 has become an unstoppable weapon, he's had one purpose in his heartless soul. destruction. and what better way to destroy things then to blast them to pieces? who cares about the possibility of psychic powers, or even the supernatural human traits that could be gained? no, vladimir only cares about one thing. he can fire off weakened aeroblasts, but he needs to charge it up first.
