TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

we're officially re-opened! come check out our event, the pokeathlon forever to enjoy some fresh restart activities. let leap know if there are any skin bugs, and they'll be sorted out accordingly!
Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!

An accusatory finger lifted and pointed to the black vulpine pokemon, his answer to Zekrom’s question of his coming to Lyeant. “Blame him. He wanted to explore.” He muttered, head tilted to a side. “…Rood convinced me to let him join me, after I returned to Unova. Father…tried freezing the region by manipulating Kyurem; had to return to stop him.” He explained, clarifying why Zorua, whom he had left behind when he and Zekrom left Unova, was now with him once again.[break][break]
Father…Ghetsis…N hated the man. He hated that he, his friends and the people who believed in their cause had been led and used, dancing to his father’s whims. The elderly man didn’t even care for what he preached; he sought only self-fulfilment and N hated that he didn’t notice it earlier. Fingers tightened into balls, squeezing tightly as a frown forms. “Hopefully this time will be the last…” But it’s Ghetsis - somehow, he’d return to his nefarious plans. Though, of course, N would always be there to stop him.[break][break]
“He was trying to take the Light Stone but…we managed to stop him in time before he caused too much damage…If you were there, he’d have gone after you too.” There was a lot to say; he wanted to fill Zekrom in on what happened but he also knew this wasn’t the place for it and that it was a long, long tale. Honestly, he’d much rather talk about something else in the time it would take to recount his latest scuffle with his dad.[break][break]
With a sigh, he turned to face Zekrom, letting the five pokemon play amongst themselves. “I don’t think I can call you ‘Zekrom’ any more.” He murmured, eyeing the other’s human form. “How did this…?” A gesture at the other’s body, gaze resting on the yellow hue that replaced the comforting, familiar blue. Happy? Zekrom was happy. N smiled when he realised that, memories of their time together flickering through his mind. He remembered when the dragon woke from stone, their clashes with Reshiram and Black and his victory over Alder with the dragon by his side even if the Legendary was never an active participant in that battle.[break][break]
But then, he recalled once again the dragon’s history, what he learnt from the mythos of Unova, what had happened all those years back - and he wondered, since he hurt so many others, was there also a time when he caused the dragon pain? The smile vanished with that question as he leaned and shuffled forward, head coming to rest on the other’s chest as he apologised, regretting his inability to see through the ruse of the man he called ‘father’. “Sorry, for what happened then. I really should have been able to figure father’s true plans.”[break][break]
There’s a pause as he wondered what next to say - now that the dragon’s there, sitting across him, the things that he wished to tell the dragon about kept piling up and up and he had no idea what next to tackle. Should he ask after the Legendary? How he was, what had happened since their parting? Should he continue, telling of what had happened to him, to Zorua and the others, the mischief the fox kept getting into? Then his thoughts jump back again tot the apology and he wondered why he never said it sooner.[break][break]
Oh, right, because back then when they left Unova and up till their parting, he was still coming to grips with everything that happened. Now, after all these years, his head was clearer - not really there but he was able to reflect upon the past; there was no rush, no plans with deadlines to meet, no pressure of leading hundreds of pokemon and humans alike… He was able to think. To look back and see where he went wrong, to learn the truth from the lies he’d been told and grew up knowing as fact.[break][break]
“How have you been? A lot must have happened since we parted ways.” He finally spoke again after deciding what to say, eyes fluttering close while still leaned into the Legend. Enough about him - what about Zekrom? It’s been years since they were last together and now the dragon bore human form. What had happened? [break][break]
Eyes flickered down to the pokemon in question at the other’s words - would Riolu dislike that? Probably, if only because of how sticky it’d get as it dried, clumping his fur together and staining it red. But he also knew that Riolu wouldn’t mind, not if it got on him while he was trying to help someone. “He’ll be fine…” N thus told Bekrel, his gaze shifting back to the injured man.[break][break]
“My name is N.” That’s all there is to it - a single letter, short and sweet. He recalled when once his father had called him by another, by the name ‘Natural’, but that was a long time ago and he’d since stop using that name. Even when he was introduced at Plasma’s King, it was just… N. That was who he was, for better or for worse and he wondered to who else the name meant something to - eyes turn to Bekrel’s own, searching for any signs of recognition.[break][break]
“…‘A couple lefts and a right’…” It’s a low murmur to remind himself where to head, to turn left at the next junction they reached. It’s slow going but they manage and while N wished to reach the other’s house quickly so that they’d be able to treat the wound, he’s comforted by the fact that the man didn’t seem close to losing consciousness. It meant that, despite how much blood there was on Bekrel’s clothes, the bleeding wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Surely, the wounds weren’t anything simple, but they weren’t life-threatening either.[break][break]
Another left. “Then a right or is it a left again?”[break][break]
A definite yes to them meeting! : D Just needa decide how. I wouldn't think N would know much about the earlier Dex Holders so there's that. Uh... I'm guessing we're fluffing their thread so maybe a meet in Eirenhyre in a cafe or something? *sweats* Any ideas?
[attr="class","ntexttbe"] N nodded and began to move, careful not to further worsen the other’s injuries by either rushing or…well, doing something stupid, like trip over his own two feet - not like that was a daily occurrence. It was a probability but…no, he was sure he could handle the weigh across his shoulders for now. So, a couple lefts and a right - then they could leave. Riolu seemed content, after all, when he heard that the man could take care of himself. Although…N did wonder if the pokemon would stay on even after N and Gallade would have taken their leave - or would Gallade choose to accompany the young one?[break][break]
Perhaps it was cruel, to leave an injured man to tend to their own wounds, but he didn’t wish to pry into another’s privacy - if he was asked to leave, then N would leave the man alone, though he couldn’t say the same for his friends. …he might end up staying, if they didn’t wish to leave, however. “It’s fine.” He says to alleviate the man’s worry about being rude earlier on - though he saw in no way how the man had been such and didn’t mention how the man himself must be trained in first aid - or at least used to treating wounds - to be able to confidently treat himself.[break][break]
At the compliment, Riolu chirped up, even if he sensed that the aura the injured man was emanating didn’t exactly perfectly fit the man’s words. Still, the pokemon attributed that to the man’s injuries and didn’t think further. “He’s….happy about that.” N explained, as they walked. “Happy that you called him cute.” [break][break]
He glanced at his pokemon and shook his head. “Improbable. It seems that Riolu wishes to help you, so at the very least allow us to support you to a hospital - or some sort of care facility, your home if you’d prefer. Else wise I can tell you now that he won’t leave your side.” For Riolu to be this interested…he wondered what the pokemon was picking up from the man. Then again, the child was always the helpful sort - it could have as easily been the need to ensure that this person was safe and wouldn’t… bleed out.[break][break]
N looked at the bloody patches on the man’s clothes and gave a sigh. “It looks the contrary, however. If the bleeding hasn’t stopped, you run the risk of collapsing from blood loss. We should hurry to get your wounds treated.” The stranger didn’t seem to wish them harm, so now it was N’s turn to go to his side, gently taking Gallade’s position - the pokemon had initially tried to sling the man’s arm around his shoulders on the side his leg was hurt - to help the man with walking.[break][break]
Now that that was dealt with, he could ask the man to take the lead - “It’ll be easier this way; it won’t hurt as much. Where to?” Coming from Team Plasma…he knew that there would be those people who wouldn’t dare go near a government ran hospital for certain reasons - unsure of whether this man was the same and shared such cautiousness, he deigned to let the man choose how they’d deal with his wounds.[break][break]
There wasn’t much to it - N was just taking a stroll around Eirenhyre City to get himself orientated to the city’s layout. Of his friends, Zorua was off somewhere, likely playing pranks on someone in the form of silent boy if he wasn’t simply wandering around looking for some sort of information. Absol was, as usual, hiding away from the city - not that N could blame her.[break][break]
She, after how she was treated due to being a Disaster pokemon, had an understandable distaste for crowded human settlements. Vulpix was…well, N wasn’t really sure with that one, but he knew she was safe since she tended to stick by one of the other’s side and both Zorua and Absol were more than capable of protecting the fox pokemon. So for now, only Gallade and Riolu stood by him, flanking him like guards for a king.[break][break]
It happened as they turned a corner - Riolu, always looking out, suddenly stopped in his tracks before dashing forward, prompting N and Gallade to give chase. There’s confusion in the two’s eyes as they follow the young pokemon, but neither called him to stop - if Riolu was responding to something he thought was important, why should they? They’d simply follow, ascertain the Riolu would be safe and then leave if they weren’t needed, letting Riolu deal with whatever caught his attention.[break][break]
However, the moment they stumbled upon Riolu’s target, they realised that it wasn’t such a simple situation - there, in front of them, was an injured, bleeding man. Riolu had already ran up to the man’s side before he dashed back to N and Gallade, concern in his eyes as his gaze flicked between them and the man. N didn’t need to hear his friends voice to know Riolu wanted to render aid to the man and walked up, remembering to be just a little careful in the event this wasn’t what it seemed.[break][break]
Yes, he’d help, but only once he was sure the man wouldn’t strike out at them. “You’re injured.” He began by stating the obvious, a hand laid to rest at his hip as he gave the man a once over. “Let us help you.” N finished, as Gallade and Riolu sauntered over to the man - the younger pokemon looking up worriedly at him while Gallade was trying to help steady him.[break][break]
The street which he found himself walking along was quiet, with only the pitter-pattering of his and his pokemon’s footsteps to break the silence. Not all of his team was here - Absol, Gallade and Vulpix were off somewhere and he was more than happy to let them roam on their own; anything that they wanted and was in his power, he’d give. So for company he only had his longtime companion, Zorua, and his newer friend, Riolu. The two flanked him, walking by his side as he traversed the street deep in thought, his hands stuffed in his pants’ pockets. It’s only when Riolu called him did he look up, eyes flicking over to the area where the young pokemon pointed at.[break][break]
“Ah…Someone…?” His companions wanted to investigate - one managing to catch the scent of four while the other felt their auras - so he let them take the lead and followed behind. It’s not too long after that they came into sight of what caught his friends’ interest - three pokemon being tended to by…by…N couldn’t believe his eyes, his head tilted to the side as he ran through in his mind the probability that, today of all days, he’d meet him again here, looking after three pokemon. The odds were low, extremely low, but the possibility was there - so N walked closer, still staying in shadows, careful not to startle the pokemon after seeing his own friends run up to say hi.[break][break]
He watched the five interact - the trio of Electrike, Rockruff and Litleo being quite distrustful at first, jumping back with growls and hisses as Zorua and Riolu ran up to introduce themselves. Then, as they talked, as the two groups bantered back and forth, the trio slowly began to open up and play, which is when he took the chance to speak to the gijinka. …that tail, those wings…he’d never forget them and he’s sure no one who’s seen the pokemon would have the gull to wear a costume of the legendary dragon. So he called out, stepping out of the shadows and to the dragon’s side.[break][break]
“Zekrom?” He asked, as he copied the other’s posture, kneeled on the ground with an arm laid over the propped up knee. “Fancy meeting you here.” He stated, eyes not on the dragon but on the pokemon in front of them. The pokemon who were having fun, the pokemon who were alternating between stealing bites from the food on Zekrom’s hand to playing with each other. “…ah, they’re having fun.” Another statement of the obvious, a low murmur as he watched them, before green eyes turned their gaze to the dark-haired male.[break][break]
There were many things he’d like to ask, many things he’d like to know. But he decided to start off simple, simply asking, “What brought you here?” It’s a quiet voice that spoke, but loud enough for the dragon to hear. Then his eyes return to the five pokemon in front of them and he let out a relieved sigh. Even if this was New Veherna, he had still be worried he would have come across some bully. He didn’t want to see any more of his friends hurt…[break][break]

His earliest memory was of the woods where he lived, where pokemon - not caring that he is so evidently different from them - raised him as one of their own, treating him as they would any of their young. He loved it there, but when a man came by, introducing himself as ‘father’ - he understands the concept to a degree - he couldn’t help but give in to the curiosity, following the man away from the forest after being spurred on by his only friends.[break][break]
For years after, his new home was in the confines of a giant castle, where he was taught by seven sages and looked after by his sisters. It’s during that time that he’s given his name - Natural, but he prefers ’N’, Harmonia Gropius - and when he realised his difference from the rest of his kind - he had the ability to communicate with pokemon, something that no other human seemed to possessed.[break][break]
It was a unique ability and one that he used to help the pokemon who were brought to him by his father to heal. They were so broken and after seeing so many pass through his doors, hurting, desperate, he grew to hate the outside world and the way its inhabitants treated pokemon. He decided then that the world needed to be changed; that pokemon, in order to be happy, needed to be separated from humans.[break][break]
N’s dream became Team Plasma’s goal and to its banner flocked those who wanted a better world for pokemon. They followed him, their King, and sought for a way to realise their wish. Eventually, they found their answer in the twin dragons of Unova - two legendary pokemon who slumbered in stone, one who championed truth and the other who stood for ideals.[break][break]
It’s the dragon of ideals - Zekrom - that he managed to wake and befriend though the dragon was a friend he needed little help from. He doesn’t even ask for his aid when battling the champion, a battle where he emerged victorious. It’s only when he faced Reshiram, recently awoken dragon of truth, that Zekrom stepped in to play. [break][break] The battle is long and hard fought, but despite giving it his all, it is not him who won that time. Tired and injured, he passed out after reprimanding the only pokemon to stay with him through the years - Zorua - and came round when his father was defeated and stopped. Now realising how different the world was to what he had initially thought and believed, he left atop Zekrom’s back to places unknown, leaving behind the tricky fox pokemon despite his wishes to accompany them. [break][break] N didn’t stay in Zekrom’s company for long; shortly after their departure from Unova, he left the dragon’s side. It was better that way, he rationalised - the dragon, awake after so long, could finally have a chance to live and he wasn’t about to take that away from him. Now alone once more, he travelled the various regions - befriending human and pokemon alike - for two years before he caught wind of his father’s new plan.[break][break]
He immediately knew what he had to do. Aided by pokemon, he sped off to Unova, intent on protecting the region from his father’s schemes. Taking the Light Stone after reuniting with White, he faced off against a controlled Kyurem, barely being able to free it with help from the faction of Plasma that still took him as leader. [break][break] With his father beaten for the second time and Unova now safe, N was content to resume his travels - except this time, he wasn’t so alone. Convinced by Rood, he allowed Zorua to accompany him and the pair set off. In time, they found their way to the Lyeant region with new friends in tow.
there is nothing left to take, but i still try to reach. try to swallow it all down, yet i can't seem to breathe. just a single pill of mine, nothing else would suffice - i take it in, now i'm alive. my phone is set on lock, and i don't really care. there's a tangle and a knot that i cannot repair. i'm a tragedy, i'm ugly, i'm trying to hide. i say "hello", then wave "goodbye". see me fall down - let me die here slowly. nothing goes right, not a trace of honestly. i'm to blame, so i'll remain. black, white; day, night; it's all the same. see it run down - cut away, no worries. say no more. i can surely say that i've had enough. i still refuse to believe.

see me fall down - let me die here slowly. nothing goes right, not a trace of honesty. i'm to blame, so i'll remain. black, white; day, night; it's all the same. see is run down - cut away, no worries. say no more. i can surely say that i've had enough. i can't remember - that very day, that very day changed me. happiness died like a light i carried. i'll sleep tonight and hope to finally leave a world which i don't believe, a life which i don't need, and then i'll finally be free.
PLOT IDEA #1 every day would be the same. nothing more, little change. if i cared, it would mean nothing: it's all such a pain. friendly bonds are so unneeded, i don't give a dang. a busy life is what i am. could it be that family was a way of escape? didn't know if it was right, so i threw them away. couldn't take it anymore, i had taken enough, so then i hide my need for love.[break][break]
PLOT IDEA #2 lay me right down, let me sleep, i'm restless. cover my eyes. when i'm up, i'll finally fade away, here, today. give me a reason: then i'll stay. if i could fly, if for only a moment, there wouldn't be such a need for casualty. i'm alone, and that is how it'll be.
