IMUM'S SECOND COMING
[attr="class","taketwogenmid"]
[attr="class","taketwogenmid2"]
An echo of darker times, filled with blackened hearts unsatisfied with who victory fell into the lap of. While the worst of Imum's members have fallen in battle, been captured by the law, or have disappeared entirely, presumably never to return, a staggering number of members remain on the run or hiding in plain sight, escaped from their due punishment and fearing retribution for their failed genocide. Some have turned over a new leaf. Not everyone stood with Imum by their own volition, and even Lance of the Elite Four was able to see the error of his ways in defeat. Others, however, rage on, their hatred for humanity a flame fanned onward by their crushing defeat and the region's continued inability to care for its Pokemon population. Imum wasn't meant to lose – and next time around, it won't.[break][break]
A small faction of former Imum members who have avoided capture, either by means of laying low or having never been known for Imum members at all have gathered together under the title “Neo-Imum”. Alongside these former Imum members are arsonists and murderers, those who would kill regardless of the name they banded together beneath, as well as Imum sympathizers from the war who never got their chance to shine. Numbers remain small, credit to the increased security around the region and the tiny number of those who avoided capture – but those same numbers grow every day, crawling, inching toward a day when they will be able to finish the job that Lorelei started. Random acts of violence (a burned church, a robbed grocery store, vandalism) have been enacted in the Neo-Imum name, but blamed on radicals of the various factions to stir even more trouble into a pot already ready to boil over. Beyond their goal to inject general turmoil into the lives of civilians, they aim to have an organized force powerful enough to greet their former leader with pride. Wherever Lorelei has gone, they believe, she will not be disappointed upon her return.

NEO-IMUM RANKINGS
[attr="class","taketwogenmid2"]
PROVISIONAL LEADER taken[break]
The current, albeit temporary leader of Neo-Imum. They organize attacks and keep their members hidden, but preach of a day when they hand their reigns over to the “rightful leader” of Imum once more. Because they are not and do not recognize themselves as the “true leader” of Neo-Imum, members are more likely to challenge their authority – or worse, try to overthrow them for the spot.[break][break]
PROVISIONAL DEPUTY ONE taken[break]
Where Hataro Satsuhaji once stood as Lorelei Ackermann's right-hand man, so, too, does this provisional deputy stand by the provisional leader's side. In instances where the leader is unavailable or unable to carry out their job, this deputy will step in and fill in their place.[break][break]
PROVISIONAL DEPUTY TWO open[break]
The temporary placeholder for a certain Felix Kirsch. This provisional deputy's primary focus is the recruitment of new members. It's a dangerous task – the whole of the region is their enemy, after all – but no one seems to be quite as capable of rallying forces as this character.[break][break]
NEO-IMUM GRUNTS always open[break]
The bulk of Neo-Imum, if one could even use the word “bulk” to describe this group. Whether they were members of the original team seeking glory for Pokemon kind or people who just want to watch the world burn, anyone who isn't filling in a temporary role for the missing management will fall here.
