TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!

The brunet haired male had came to Lyeant to escape all the politics that were happening back over in Kanto, but to also not being around Mt.Silver where he lost Poli --- Sadly he couldn't exactly escape his infamous reputation since it proceeded him even to this unknown region, but luckily no-one pestered him about the whereabouts of Poli, one of the reasons he was hoping that none of the other Dex Holders were here as he knew he would get question on the whereabouts of his partner but also as to why he was no longer speaking.[break][break]
Red glanced down towards his wrists as he rotated them before slipping some sweat wristbands around them, himself wearing his usual cap but wore a pair of red shorts and a white tank top with red hem linings, he did a few running laps around the course to get himself pumped up for the battle arena. The trainer had his team clipped to a belt that was always attached to him, once he registered he made his way into a battle arena where he started to battle the fellow trainers that were in there.[break][break]
It was a real shame that not many people in here was giving him that buzz intense feeling of an actual battle, during his 10th match his wrist joints locked up which caused him to flinch --- But not in the normal sense that one would really expect, his flinching was more of a slower movement of his throwing the pokéball that only the Kanto Dex Holders and Gold would even know about. Firey brown eyes glanced towards his wrists, even though he was fully healed from where he was frozen by Lorelei it still happened now and then.

Lyeant was a nice enough region in terms of natural beauty. The blonde had even come to appreciate the landscapes she had seen as both a trainer and an artist. Yet she couldn't understand why so many people were fighting over it. Oh yeah she had seen conflict before. Been apart of it even. But that time there had been no one else to take a stand, thus the responsibility had fallen to her. After that there had been more times where she stood up and said that enough was enough.
But this was different. This wasn't Kanto. This wasn't Johto. This wasn't Hoenn.
Despite the fact that she wanted to keep away from the fighting of the region, there was a part deep inside of her which wanted to get stronger. Even thought Yellow was done with fighting, she wanted to make sure that she could protect the people around her. Sometimes, when she stopped to think, the thought of that made her laugh. Usually she wasn't such a hypocrite and most of the time, would stick to any decisions she made (once she finally made them). This indecisiveness, this insecurity. It wasn't like her at all. Quite frankly she wanted it all to end.
Glancing up, Yellow would realize that she wasn't where she expected to be. While absorbed in her thoughts she had drifted from the Pokemon Association Headquarters and found herself standing in the place she knew as the Plateau. The Pokemon Association's Battle Arenas. Before she knew what was happening, a lump began to grow in her chest as her legs started to tremble. Coming here, even unintentionally, made her remember the people she'd left behind on purpose. The ones who always knew what to do. Who knew how to battle and who knew exactly how to protect people. They were the strongest trainers that she knew and she had left them behind.
Upon seeing one particular trainer, the blonde immediately collapsed to the ground.
Why was he here? No, she knew he'd been here in Lyeant but why was he here?! Why did she have to run into him now of all times when she was feeling so insecure and alone. All of those sketches she'd done, it was impossible for her not to remember him. Everything she had done, every single feat, every single achievement it was thanks to that boy who had helped her back in Viridian Forest that one fateful day.
"Red... what is... why is he...?"
She could barely move. Everything was trembling and she couldn't stop it. All the emotions she'd kept bottled up inside where now overflowing as she looked at the boy nearby. Tears began to fall from her face and she hurriedly tried to wipe them away to no avail. It was times like this when she wished she could be stronger. Just a little bit so she wouldn't cry in front of the people she wanted to see her at her strongest.
Once Red's 'moment' passed, he continued throwing the Poké Ball out onto the stadium, the red beam shooting out and revealing an Espeon -- Vee once brought out glanced over towards Red and made a happy noise before turning back to face the Opponent whom was a Gengar, the Espeon used the moves Double Team to make multiple copies of it self to surround the Gengar before releasing what looked like a barrage of Shadow Balls even though it was only one that made any contact with the ghost-type.[break][break]
Red was always fully immersed within the battle, soon Vee got hit by a Shadow Claw which sent the Espeon flying backwards but even though everyone knew it did quite a bit of damage, Vee showed none of it as it used the move Wish before sending out another Shadow Ball which scratched the side of the Gengar -- Which retaliated with Mean Look which meant Vee couldn't escape the battle, but it was more going to go against the other trainer since Red was well versed with battling.[break][break]
Vee's wish soon came into effect and healed the psychic-type Pokémon who used the moves yawn to send the Gengar to sleep within the next turn before it casted Morning Sun to make a dazzling light within the ceiling which was something Vee rather much liked the sensation off. Soon the Gengar fell asleep and sadly succumbed the the barrage of Shadow Balls that were thrown it way til it was KO'd. Red smiled towards Vee and hugged her before he made his way to leave the battle field so he could grab something to drink and some food for Vee so she could recover better from the battle.[break][break]
Red was dripping slightly from sweat as he wiped his brow with the sweatband, he felt like he should go to the Doctor's to see what they could do about his memento's of being frozen, but he already knew the answer as there was nothing that they could do. As Red turned with the bottle of water in hand which he was drinking from, his hazel eyes caught Yellow off in the distance, he went to go move hoping that he hadn't been seen by her --- But Vee on the other hand had a completely different idea, the Espeon ran over to Yellow and rubbed herself against the trainer, which reluctantly caused Red to make his way over towards the blond haired girl.[break][break]
But Red remained silent, not even starting a conversation, just doing a slight nod of his head towards her, pretending that he was still drinking from his bottle of water.

Oh why did Vee have to come over? Why did the purple Pokemon have to come over just like always? Not to mention exactly how Yellow remembered... although the last time it had been Pika who had found her. Her entire body froze at the contact from the Pokemon, an unusual action for the blonde considering how closely connected she felt to many creatures. A small part of her wanted to reach down and pet the Espeon but decided against it, if only because she couldn't move. Not a single muscle in her body was listening, each of them frozen in place with tears still dripping down her face.
Yet her thoughts remained on the battle she had just witnessed. Despite the fact that he had kept himself away from the other Kanto Pokedex Holders, Red was still as strong as Yellow remembered him. It was the same battling strategies, the same raw power, the same bond she felt between him and his Pokemon. Almost the same... of course something had changed. As though the Kanto Champion was somehow closer to his Pokemon than he was to human beings now. Something had happened, just like something had happened to her.
Only it felt more dire.
No she had to stop crying. She had to stop crying now before it was too late. Compared to what she had been like when she was younger, she was so much stronger. Even if there was still a canyon between her and the Champion nearby. Her hand shakily rested on the Pokeball that contained her most trusted partner. Chuchu would be able to help. Of course she would. Whenever the blonde felt lost or insecure her Pikachu always knew how to keep her moving forward. How to keep her grounded.
But under her fingers she felt the fur of the purple Pokemon. Red' Pokemon. How had she mistaken Chuchu's Pokeball... for Vee? No. No she couldn't cry anymore. If there were any more tears then maybe Red would... Red would... no he's not that sort of person. Even if he had stopped confiding in her, he would never think she was weak. That wasn't who he was. He believed in everyone, saw the best in everyone, brought out the best in everyone. She wanted to keep faith in everything she had seen because of him
The slight nod; he had ackowledged her. But why hadn't he said anything. By now the Red she knew would have said something even if he hadn't contacted her. Had he really been through something that... traumatic... that he couldn't speak a word? Is that what the negative feelings from Vee were telling her? Wiping the final tears she'd shed from her face, Yellow looked up at the Champion and gave a smile that was admittedly hiding more than she wanted it to.
"It's been a little while huh? You're just as strong as ever Red."
Red looked down towards Vee who was doing their usual thing and nuzzling against Yellow, all of his Pokémon adored the female over how well she could 'communicate' with them, Poli was exactly the same with her -- He saw a glimpse of the Pokémon and froze slightly, but it wasn't honestly evident unless you REALLY knew him, but he was snapped rather quickly back to his attention being on Yellow when she spoke about it being a long time. Was it really that long? Often time was lost on the brown-haired trainer since he spent so much time within Mt.Silver and simply away from civilisation unless it was required.[break][break] He then grabbed Vee's poké ball and returned her to it's confines, Red had been avoiding all of the dex holders ever since Poli's disappearance --- Red didn't even speak to Green of all people which was a massive shocker, especially since the pair were really close friends and rivals to be exact. The place was always filled with them argueing but with him avoiding everyone it was always so silent. His hazel eyes were rather serious right now and sadly didn't have them fiery lit expression he always had during a battle, which was obvious that he didn't enjoy the multitude of battles he just had......Something that was REALLY un-like Red, he loved to battle regardless of anything.[break][break] Red then gave Yellow a slight wave and started to turn on his heels to make his way away from her, this was already too much for him to deal with when it came to seeing another dex holder --- He wanted to keep it as little as it had been, accourding to Prof.Oak, the trainer had given in the only way to communicate with other trainers to him. A sign that he didn't want to see ANYONE point blank. Plus the fact he had come to a completely new region instead of going through the other ones (obviously because he was well known), but here....Here no-one really knew him so he could wander about with no worries, til now....Now it was a question as to when the other dex holders were to follow since with Yellow being here, it wouldn't be long til the others.
