It was well known that night paved the way for the more darker sins. Theft, murder, drugs...some of the few things that happened in the dimly lit alleyways. And while the police were usually fine and could handle it, that didn’t mean that they couldn’t use the extra help from the vigilantes round the region. That was where Mimi came in. Since arriving she hadn’t had the opportunity to really go through each town, and tonight it was her chance to experience New Veherna.
Blue eyes peered through her mask as she sat atop one of the many buildings of the city. Her head turned this way and that way as she tried to find something for her to do tonight. However, it almost seemed way too docile for the night life. Her Pokémon were tucked safely inside their balls, unneeded and resting for that current moment, as most of them would just be standing next to her right now anyways. She crouched low on the building, trying to not stand out so much even though her red suit was almost like a beacon. It was after she saw someone passing below, that she froze more, eyes staying locked on them until they were out of view. A sigh left her. It seemed as if tonight they wouldn't need her.
She began to stand up, getting ready to leave the way she came up, when she noticed another figure a few buildings down. His back was towards her, and she couldn't see what he was doing, but...it almost looked as if he too wore a cat-like outfit. Her eyes narrowed a fraction and before she realized it she was headed in his direction. A few jumps over the gaps in buildings and she landed quietly on the opposite edge of the roof from where he stood. It was then that a familiar sensation overcame her. Interesting. If her feeling was correct, he was a legendary as well. "Another cat, hmm?" She stood from her squatting position, body moving similar to that of a cat as she neared him. Of course, she still kept herself wary because there was the off-chance that he wasn't a good guy.
She'd wait until he'd turn or show some kind of reaction to her presence before continuing. Up close it was easy to see that he was fairly attractive, which only meant more fun for Mimi. "And what do you go by?~" One hand placed itself on her hip, as she cocked that to the side, the other hanging loosely at her side. As he head tipped to the side slightly, her pigtails lightly fell with the movement.
Just a good bout of persuasion, hun~ [break][break] There have been so many attempts tbh, and it makes me laugh every single time. And here's the thing, it's not like Mimi is entirely against being on a team. When TBE first opened she actually worked with one other person and on a previous site she was on an entire team as well. Her history just got adjusted around for this version of TBE since that one person wasn't going to be made, so I had to make her into a solo to fit with her backstory. So she isn't really completely against the idea of teaming up. Heck, Anu and I were going to plan to do an Incredibles thing with her and Niall to get them together. I.e. they start working together because of her and then end up actually dating. [break][break] I think the only thing that would hold her back from being on a huge team is not really knowing all the individuals? Cuz she'd have to learn their style and fit to how they fight/do things when she's so used to just relying on herself. Relying on someone else all of a sudden can be a difficult thing to do. However, that isn't to say that Garett wouldn't make any headway with her. It could be easy to talk her into it, or it could be a little difficult. I guess it'd just have to be about how he approached her and tried to talk her into it in the thread? I just know she wouldn't want to be placed on a newbie team and would get ticked off if they tried to place her into one. But I'm down for a thread with them to try and see what can become of it!!

A Heroes Backstory
Victini didn’t exactly know when or how she came to be. All that was remembered was cheers, the feeling of triumph, and all the boundless energy that came with doing something so fulfilling. She had originally lived in Liberty Garden. It was there that she’d fly around, occasionally sticking to the shadows or hiding behind objects, as people would walk through. That was what she preferred as she’d give them a small bit of energy if they seemed drained by just floating up to them and giving them a tap on the shoulder. They’d look around in shock, since she would have been invisible, and she’d give a little laugh before flying away to the next one. [break][break] Perhaps it was this that brought more and more people to the garden. And although she could still give them energy, once they started to bring gifts and food, she wanted to do more for them. It was then that she got the brilliant idea to start travelling with others that came by. Only…how would she choose which person to help first? Well that would be answered in the next few days as a young trainer stopped by with a box of macaroons. Never having one of those before, excitement got the best of her and she floated down before the girl had left. This would be the first time that she was actually seen by a few people in the garden. [break][break] This was also not the last time that the girl would stop by. It became a near weekly thing. The girl would come by for ten minutes and just talk to Victini. The conversation wasn’t much, it was mainly just the girl talking about her family or her Pokémon. But it was nice. She’d never had anyone do that before and eventually she grew an attachment to the girl. So when the girl came back and started speaking of going to have her first gym battle, Victini made the decision to sneak off after her and give her a bit of luck. Sure it might’ve been cheating, but it was harmless! No one would know! And of course the girl ended up coming back and telling Victini how ecstatic she was to win. Victini acted like she had nothing to do with it; even as the girl said that she was leaving, Victini only grew excited for her. [break][break] And that was how it continued. Once the girl left, Victini waited for the next person to bring something of interest. She’d show herself and see if the person would try and keep coming back to talk to her, or if they’d leave after seeing her only once. After awhile, just following the person for a short time grew a bit boring. So Victini would start to make trips out of the Garden. She’d never leave for more than a few weeks at a time, and when she came back she’d make up for lost time by flying around and showing herself to everybody. She loved her life and helping people pass through simple things with just a small bit of a push. Victini helped people that were in sports, that were getting jobs, having battles, etc. Nothing was too small of a task and this would continue for thousands and thousands of years. [break][break] Perhaps it was her routine schedule that would be the end of her. Word had spread about the Pokémon that gave people victory and energy, and because of that some had tried to come and catch her. Though she was able to get away from most people, the closest scare happened to come from a member of Team Magma. Luckily, she was saved by a young man by the name of Black. The only problem was now she was scared for her freedom. She didn’t want to become someone’s Pokémon. She liked being free. This was when she made the decision to finally leave Liberty Garden. It would always be her home, but enough was enough. Besides, she could always come back after new of her died down and she had always wanted to see the other regions! It was time to being a new journey. [break][break]

Although the new journey was to originally see the different regions and the Pokémon and people that inhabited them, it wasn’t long until she was falling back into old habits. Habits were hard to break and she figured that if she continued to help people outside of Liberty Garden, then perhaps one day she could return without the fear of being caught. Only this time, things would be different. The attachments that she grew towards people were based less on what they had to offer her, and more on how they lived their lives. She found herself helping the good guys that were trying to protect the regions that they lived on. [break][break] It was actually on her own region that she found someone her immediately caught her interest. At first glance, the girl wasn’t that special. The thing that caught her immediate eye, was how much she looked like the girl she first helped. It couldn’t have been her though, as that girl had long since come and past; Victini would know. She attended the woman’s funeral when she died of old age. However, this girl could’ve potentially been related to her given how similar they looked. Only…that wasn’t what really drew Victini in. It was the girls lifestyle that caught her attention. By day, the girl was just a regular secretary at a nondescript building. But by night…oh…by night she donned a red leather suit and a mask. By day she was Mimi, but by night she was KittyKatastophe; a vigilante that would help the law do their job without getting the spotlight shined on her normal life. She was alone thought; she never worked with anyone else. [break][break] This, Victini was hesitant about. Of course the girl caught her eye and she started to hang around her, but she was scared for the girl in case something would happen to her on her nighttime job. But things never went bad; at least not with Victini around. Her alternate ego is what got Victini thinking. She had heard of the other legendaries taking over human bodies and living amongst humans, and she wondered if that was something that she would be able to do. With how much she had been following this girl around, eventually she started to pick up on her habits and how she acted. Some of the actions were similar to how Victini acted, and it was then she realized just how perfect this girl would be to take over. She’d be able to help someone…actually, not just someone. She’d be able to help a lot of people. And the best thing was that no one would know that she was behind it! [break][break] This of course, led her to following the girl more closely. She noticed that the girl was studying to be a Journalist. At first that had seemed fairly boring, but upon realizing that it meant that she’d be able to travel Victini understood. This, in Victini’s mind, was even more perfect since she would be able to use Mimi’s traits to easily slide into Mimi’s everyday life without people even realizing that the girl had been taken over. At least…that’s what she assumed. But things were never that easy and try as she might, she probably wouldn’t be able to keep this secret for very long…not with how many legendaries were here that had already taken over other people.
Mimi is open to just about any kind of plot. If you have something that isn't a friend, enemy, or lover, please throw it at me. I'm sure we can work something out!

So here's the thing. Mimi is the type of girl to sit back and watch people interact. She picks her friends by who can help her out the most. She wants friends who are there for her even if she calls them up saying she has a body to hide. Not that she's a killer. The most she's ever done is stolen things and picked locks. She doesn't like partying too much as she is a super lightweight when drinking, so don't expect to meet her in places like that. The best place to meet her would probably be anywhere that sells tea, has EDM music playing, is definitely not near the ocean, or just outside at the parks. Be warned though. She likes things being right, so sometimes she will zone out when trying to finish something.
PLOT IDEA #1 Of course, Mimi really needs a friend that she'd be able to confide in about her being a vigilante. She hasn't made any concrete friendships since moving here, and with all that has gone on within the past few months, someone to spill them out too would be a really nice thing to have.

Anyone that has a problem with her friends now has a problem with her. Not to mention the fact that she may have broken into your home. Hell, she could've even stolen from you...thought that could've been an accident as well. She has a deep fear of the ocean; if anyone tries to exploit that, well, you can have your fears exploited. She doesn't tend to like pessimists all that much since she is basically an eternal optimist. She always tries to find the good in situations. Which, that could probably annoy someone as well.
PLOT IDEA #1 Of course the vigilante needs someone that she can continue to go after but never actually catch. What kinda fun would it be if she never got to actually be a vigilante? Bonus points if they end up hurting her one day! I'm so mean to her, omg.[break][break]
PLOT IDEA #2 She does have a love-ship planned, so anyone that could potentially get between that could be considered an enemy depending on their personality? Or anyone that even threatened the guy she's going to end up with. That'd be a no.

As for Mimi's lovers, well, while she is into relationships she has this thing where she tries to make people her little puppets. If she finds out you might have a thing for her, she'll go out of her way to get you to confess. Then once that happens she'll somehow convince you that a relationship would be wise. Don't get her wrong here, she's all for the romance and stuff. But she really does appreciate the small gestures that come with dating. She's pretty much touch starved when not in an actual relationship.
PLOT IDEA #1 While she does already have a ship planned, it would be interesting if there were a potential third-party that caught feeling for her maybe? Some heartbreak and awkward moments are always fun in RP!

shining in the dark of the night
They had been there for quite awhile now and as such, Victini at least, had the town that they were staying out down to a T. She was able to get around as “Mimi” as well as she had in her old town. She knew all the different routes that would get her to places the fastest even though some of those included ducking through narrow alleys and maybe going from fire escape to fire escape. Basically, her vigilante self was ready to actually put the suit that she had brought with her to work. Which was what she brought up to Inigo earlier that day. She hadn’t really been keeping up with anything that could’ve been disturbing the peace. So, their time out would be them trying to find something that they could do to help.
That night, once Mimi had gotten home after a long day out at work, the first thing she did was quickly head off to her room. There was a quick change of clothes before she reappeared back out of her room in the red leather outfit. The whip was curled and latched onto her hip, although at times she would actually rely on her normal Pokémon abilities....when she could get away with that of course. As Mimi, Victini had to be careful of when she used her powers. Mimi's friend had yet to realize just what was going on, though Victini did think that he might be getting suspicious. She held the mask in her hand and quickly rapped her knuckles on his bedroom door before taking off out the window. She slid the mask on as she quickly made her way up the fire escape and to the roof of the building. Her eyes moved over the city, thanks to her vantage point, and for awhile she just stood there in silence. She'd have to wait for Inigo to show up here before they would decide on where to go. One thing was for sure though....it was about time that something exciting happened.
