TWO YEARS AGO, A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION GOING BY THE NAME TEAM IMUM WRECKED CHAOS ACROSS THE LAND, DAMAGING CITIES AND KILLING THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS. While Imum itself has long since been disbanded, however, the region remains broken: entire towns have been laid to waste and the Association struggles to find homes for those who were lucky enough to survive the attempted genocide. Reconstruction trudges on as usual... but with three factions - the Association, the corporations, and the people - each wishing to take the rebuilding of an entire region down opposite paths, how long will it be before Lyeant's last leg gives out permanently?

we're officially re-opened! come check out our event, the pokeathlon forever to enjoy some fresh restart activities. let leap know if there are any skin bugs, and they'll be sorted out accordingly!
Care to hear about our lord and savior Operation: Mindcrime? In all seriousness: Hello, hello! I'm Pharaoh Leap – or just Leap – local head admin and rock opera enthusiast. On the rare chance you catch me in a time when I'm not bawling about characters entirely written into song, you may see me actually doing work around the site, like skinning, making too many characters, and encouraging others to also make too many characters. I only know how to write angst, and in no fewer than six trillion words an app or post, so if you like dying while reading like I like dying while writing, I'm the girl for you. ;o
Howdy guys! The names Astro and I am your resident Brit & Red muse (you'll honestly see me more on him than any of my other characters). I'm a moderator and my main job is to make sure everything is running smoothly so the Admins can focus on other things, you'll often see me within the apps and shops, etc when I'm not on Red. What can I say about myself? Apart from being a Red fanboy I like music and games and yaoi huehue, I honestly never now what to put into these sort of things but ohwell, I'm more of a "ask me and I'll tell" sorta guy. Anyway, from my personally I hope that you enjoy the site and what we produce here but also if you're new, please look around and if you like what you see please consider joining for rad plots that everyone gives! :D
Hey there~ Nano over here! I uh.. Wait, I'm doing this right, right? Bleh. So I'm a moderator over here - fun, fun - who kind of just.. Keeps an eye on everyone. You know, the whole app thing and what not. Uh.. Lets see.. When I'm not doing school work (because I may or may not be trying to be a good student) I'm probably storming up new ideas like events and etc. Or plots. Plots are always good, too. As you can see, I uh.. Have the horrible habit of making way too many characters. I swear, I was tempted with plots, ships and angst. It's like, the holy trinity. Uh.. What else is there about me? Oh, right! Please excuse my obnoxiousness. I'm just really loud in general so don't be surprised if I start screaming as loudly as I can caps. So yeah. Nice meeting you!
tbe: take two! is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise. the current skin was created by pharaoh leap using font icons primarily from ion icons and fonts from google fonts. banner art by vav of pixiv. characters, with the exception of canons from the manga, belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours.

Now if only those leaves killed him, that would have done her a grand favour. [break][break]
But alas, they did not. Rather, they merely scratched the surface of his skin. Fortunately for him, the leaves weren't sharp enough to cause fatal harm unless they directly pierced and lodged into him, but that wasn't the case here. She watched as the alternating lights around the leaves due to an unknown psychic power flashed right past him, only then to notice that she wasn't successful in pinning his figure against the wall. It was a shame, really, but on the other hand she couldn't find it in herself to be disappointed by it. In fact, she had become more intrigued if anything. Someone who actually had the reflexes fast enough to even try evading the magical leaves, or to at least steel themselves for it otherwise. Now that; that was recognizable. Here she actually thought that she'd be killing some helpless child, but.. Well, she knows that this isn't a child she's talking about, anymore. That being said, the brunette sounds a low hum of amusement and interest alike, her arms cross under her bust while one hand cups her elbow. The other hand gently brushes her finger against her cheek as bright - near orange-amber in colour - eyes glance to him with intrigue. [break][break]
Lan Chi offers the man a small smile of her own under the blanket of darkness. A smile as her hand parts from her cheeks and lips, more to give him the courtesy of a wave and her own cheerful or casual greeting. "A good evening to you, as well~.." She chimes with a gleeful tone. The grass beneath her feet begin to gradually grow a bit more, rapidly sprouting out as she picks one off the ground. Before her back foot could touch the pavement, however, more grass and flowers began to sprout where they shouldn't have been able to - on solid concrete. Nevertheless, the ground was broken back down to soft soil, cushioning her bare feet. There was no need for shoes if she felt like it would be far more comfortable without them, especially when heels just gave her blisters or running shoes made her feel.. Eh.. It was too hot for those, anyways. She preferred going barefoot. On the other hand.. She really didn't care if people saw her face but for the sake of staying anonymous, she had her wavy, brown hair pulled up into a bun before having a white hood draped over her head, resembling a nun's wear of sort. It hid her hair well enough, and she wore a simple mask over her eyes. It was a one-way mask that is, such that he wouldn't be able to see her eyes, but she'd be able to see him perfectly well. "I'm glad to see you're being so understanding of this, Mr. Ryusaki~" She muses once again, her voice and tone raised a slight bit to voice her contentment. [break][break]
The moment she walks out from under the shadow of the building, the street lights from afar offers more visibility to a few more of her features. A small smile on her lips was about all that he could see, along with her nose and neck. Otherwise, she had completely concealed her forehead and her eyes as to take her own precautions. Regardless, she was quick to pluck a flower amongst the few that grew with the glass, fiddling with the stem and the head between her fingers in a leisurely manner. "I do hope you forgive me for ruining your night~.." She starts off. They were both aware of her intention and her goal; that much was clear. Although most men wouldn't think that a women would be capable of killing.. They were usually left being surprised. Surprised and dead, as she liked to think. Ahem.. In any case, she seemed to like letting her words hang in the air. But in that pause, her eyes absentmindedly gave the man a nice look over. Dark hair, bright eyes similar to her own. Tall figure; admittedly the type of guy she'd find attractive and admit as much in a heartbeat. Unfortunate that she had to go killing him, and it was even more unfortunate how she of all people had to. But of course, business was business. As he said so earlier, it was expected in this line~[break][break]
"I would ask to have a simple drink and try to sort manners out but.. My client seems to think otherwise. A shame~" Lan Chi holds the flower by it's stem in the palm of her hands before clipping a petal between her finger and thumb, quickly plucking the petals off one by one with a small smile stretched across her face. The same petals that began to fall had a similar glow around them as the earlier magical leaves, all while her own eyes had a faint blue glow to them. "I would have been honoured to have a drink with a man such as yourself but.. what can I say? It's in this line of business~" Once again, Lan Chi quickly sends the petals in his direction. Though fewer in numbers, she still had the intention to have them slash at him the best they could. Wear him down and out, specifically because she's aware of what a disadvantage she had--[break][break]
...[break] Or maybe she had an advantage this time around? We'd just have to see now~

Golden eyes stare down idly at his person, for the woman could not help but to giggle the slightest bit at his aggressive denial. His pure reactions and the disdain on his expression was cute, cute enough for her to coo over it like a doting mother would to her son. Even though her son was, physically, about four years younger than she was, oh she knows he was far younger than her. Mmn.. A young little sprout she likes to call him, even though it was something he didn't exactly seem fond of. But even then, she finds it all the more entertaining. Hell, she finds it cute even when he's trying to lean back and away from her doting. "Aw, c'mon now~.. Lighten up!" And with that, Lan continues to poke at Walther's cheek for the sheer amusement of it. The reddening of his cheeks, the flush and etc? It was precious and adorable, she couldn't help but to giggle and gently press the tip of her finger into his cheek. "I don't remember raising you to be so stiff~" And another coo, all while maintaining that amused grin on her face. [break][break]
After all, he was her adopted son. Oh, it nearly pains her to see him growing up so quickly. How many years had it been? Just a bit over a decade since she took him off the streets? Whether it be out of pity or otherwise, she doesn't know. But it doesn't change the fact that she would absolutely love to have him stick around. But.. Well, he wasn't a child anymore. Even though to her, he was very much a toddler. He was probably only an eighth or less of her age, which is why she treats him like a kid. She will treat him like a child, she will always treat him like one. There was no stopping her, love. Lan Chi lets that sink in a fair amount before smiling a tad bit, shaking her head before gently poking him once again. "No intention reconnecting with your past, hm..?" The woman silently hums to herself, pondering the notion before her pokes slowly transition into soft flicks. "I know you're an adult, and I trust that you can make your own decisions--" She starts. Her amber eyes narrowing a slight bit while staring up at the male. "But even then, i'm your mother. I don't want you to think on something and regret not doing something~" And with that, the woman giggles a slight bit before beginning to poke at him again. [break][break]
"Your life is short~.. Even then, there are things that you should still do. Nothing lasts forever, after all~.. For all you know, she won't always be there for you to watch." Again, speaking from generations of experience. Lan didn't seem all too impressed with the young man's initial impressions and attitudes, which is enough to get her to poke at him until it's practically jabbing him in the side. The fairy woman groans in a low tone, pouting her cheeks with distaste. "Go. And. Meet. Her~... Again, who knows? Life does many things and surprises many people~" And again, she would know. Now Walther, she says this out of concern and love, no matter how irritating it may seem and how annoying it may get. Now she's saying that but.. As for his latter words, Lan finally curls her fingers into a fist before literally punching him in the side with a rather warm smile. "Not that complicated~" [break][break]
He was just really bad at talking to girls. [break][break]
But for that granny comment, well, she was already a granny. Technically, she had grandchildren already. Successful ones, if she may add, but they didn't know of her existence. Didn't know that she was alive, and she didn't know their faces. Or.. In person, that is. "I'm already a granny, squirt~" and don't forget it. "I just wanna watch you get married off and everything~.. Every mother's dream, y'know? Watching their little one grow up~.. C'moooon~ It'd really make my life if I got to waaatch~"

Does she know the weight of her sins with the knowledge that she'll be taking another life? Yes, she does. But perhaps she's been shouldering more regrets and burdens than one would over the span of generations. To watch the world form, then destroy itself ver and over, witnessing this same pattern for years and decades. She witnessed the wars, the lives lost and sad as it was to say, lives looked no more like pawns to her. They looked like ants and hadn't she known any better, she would like to think of herself as their queen of sorts. However she knows that isn't the case, and she knows that she has no power over the population. Even if she had power, what would she do? Watch as the people of her kingdom crumble under pride? Grief? Strive for a power that they will never have? Mmn.. Again, it's something that even she doesn't know. Well.. All she knows right now is to kill. All she knows is to kill, and all she knows to feel is the spike in adrenaline to dissolve away all of the lingering guilts and regrets she may possibly have. Moments of regret, moments of guilt, moments of remorse. [break][break]
Moments of weakness. [break][break]
Weakness that can kill her in no more time it takes to blink. Weakness that can prove fatal, weakness that she has shown numerous times in the past, and yet never learned to take a grain of salt from her previous mistakes. Lan Chi glances over to the significantly taller man from the corner of her eyes, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips as she takes a deep breath. Yes, Lan. Marvel in the breath of fresh air, because the odds of you having the opportunity to enjoy this after this task is slim to none. The blood of her victims always stained the air, and it always became just a little more corrupt. A little more bitter, a little more toxic with each life she feels leaving the body. Yeah.. She's not exactly fond of killing, which is why she's a spy and not a hitman. But there's always those few people who just want someone dead. You could also call her corrupt, twisted, or even cruel for accepting the request, but perhaps it's because she's felt that the rest of her days have become unbearably boring. The same smiles, the same children, the same skies no matter how many centuries have passed. The same blood, the same skin, the same eyes. Everyone had the same, fake smiles on their faces. People only really showed kindness when they were with their own kin-- But now she can't help but to question if she could be classified as kind. Not because she's performing these vile acts, but because she hadn't a single blood relative left. [break][break]
If you were to ask her what happened, she'll simply state that she watched them on their death beds. Her daughter, her husband, her other children, grandchildren, and so forth. She watched them all die before her, not even knowing they existed in the first place. Granted, all she had even known was how people spread like parasites. Parasites and worms, ants that tried to desperately survive by destroying the rest of their areas. By taking away the days of others only to expand their own. At this point, she's assumed that all living beings are as selfish as this. Perhaps that's why she doesn't try to stop herself from stooping as low as this. After burning every book, reading every book, winning ever game and losing every game? She doesn't see what exactly she has to lose anymore, after gaining and losing everything around her time and time again. A vicious cycle, she likes to think. But she digressed. The brunette woman shakes her head a few times, narrowing her eyes to brush away the intrusive thoughts that couple, potentially, cause her to deter away from her objective. She knows the consequences of not being able to kill, or rather, not attempting. If she isn't killed by the victim themselves (in the rare cases) then she'll be hunted down in the future by another, with courtesy of someone who would become an ex client in the future.[break][break]
If not for materialistic means, they will kill for the retainment of knowledge. But if that were the case, she should have died long ago. [break][break]
With another deep breath, the woman begins to make quick strides behind herself. She maintains a certain distance from the target, waving her hand into the air a fair amount as particles of glowing leaves take the place of the air her hand waves by. The plants are floating in the air, just above her eyes. The faint, glowing light surrounding the leaves seem to faintly illuminate the alleyway, lights reflecting against her eyes while she's pensively staring down at them. "... Hah~.. I might as well get this over with~" The woman muses, but.. There was no fun in just killing him right out. Not to mention that she knows a dose of magical leaf isn't enough to kill him. Razor leaves, at the very least, can cause some nasty cuts. But magical? No, that's more for accuracy if anything. Even then, she feels that everyone here deserves a chance to live. Thus, the woman brings her other hand up to her lips, blowing a rather loud whistle to get the man's attention from the side. Not a second later and Lan Chi waves her arm, sending the brief flurry of magical leaves in his direction. This was more with the intention to pin him down, hoping that they could at the very least, push his person back from both the force and pin him to the wall not too far away from him. [break][break]
Bonus points if they could cut him. [break][break]
Lan Chi stands within the shadows, bare feet buried in the soil that produced the faint scent of flowers. Well.. Now we see why she didn't need her heels. You'd think gravel would hurt, but if she can come into contact with soil? She'll be met with walking on a pleasant grassy terrain.

Dead of the night, way over in Irisia as it should be. [break][break]
There were many things that she loved about Irisia. The technological prowess reminded her of how capable humanity could be. The protective guards here and there reminded her of how self sufficient and diligent they could be. The hard work, the ideas and the erected buildings reminded her of how stubborn they were. How beautiful it was, how they could change landscapes to fit their needs. How they could utterly destroy and create new, beautiful things. Humanity was beautiful, but not without it's faults. To make, they have to destroy. When faced with a view that registers differently, they take it as a challenge. It has then turned from a harmless desire to build and create to mock and destroy. Through the flames, through the blood. There have been far too many times she's looked back in the past, and there have been far too many times where she's given up on humanity as a whole. There are the groups who can move on from their faults, accepting them and prospering. Then there are the societies that crumble under the joke of a foundation they've torn down before claiming as their own. She hadn't been in Irisia for long enough, nor had she been a part of Parallax for any longer. However, it's a lie to say she weren't even the tiniest bit curious as to the region's fate. Whether or not it prospered, some people may never find out in their life times. Perhaps this region would be doomed long enough for her to die before seeing a day of peace. [break][break]
Peace attained by destruction or otherwise. Far into the future for generations and humanity, but it was only a fraction of life passing by like the breeze. There was naught a single soul out in the dead night streets, the same rules that have applied from when she was only a tiny, little Floette. All the good children need to stay in their homes, otherwise the monsters will come out and gobble you up. How long had it been since the monsters were the wolves in the forest? The pokemon who protected their children? The animals that lurked in the night? Since when has humanity turned on itself, where people are scared of each other? Where they hide in their houses, doors shut to the outside and live in the blissful ignorance of a closed mind? She doesn't know, nor does she understand. Although cruel as it was, Lan Chi could do nothing. To make herself far too known and she will be called an immortal monster. Perhaps times have changed since then, but as she's seen, the mind sets are still all the same. All the same greed, all the same pride. All the same thought that some life was above others. Now for a woman of her caliber, she's known for the longest time that wasn't the case. [break][break]
Hence why she's landed herself a position in her current occupation. A woman who has learned to treasure how short life was, now brandishing a weapon to take and cut a life even shorter. Many would ask her why, why for the hypocrisy in her beliefs? Why would she kill when she claims to love life so? And at that thought, the woman narrows her eyes in near distaste. From the lurking shadows she could see moving figures, eyes that were on the lone woman as she casually made through alleyways of the city. The answer itself was simple, but not one understood by many. Perhaps that belief would turn her into the antagonist, and this is the same thought that turns others to label her as a witch. For you see, not all humans nor living beings can understand the weight of their own life. They know not of the impact they may have on another man nor another woman, and therefore she finds it pitiful. A poor soul who was given life, only to throw it away with pride and greed plaguing their hearts. What punishment was that? As though that weren't enough, they constantly searched to hurt others. They torn them apart, torn them down. There are lives that are expendable, lives that can be used. The only life that matters is their own. Their own, pitiful, short lives. [break][break]
She doesn't think herself as a god, no. She doesn't want to nor does she desire to. Rather, she hopes to at least kill those unworthy of it. Those who are hoping to hurt, those who have hurt. However, she cannot kill without turning into one of them, and therefore she has long since stripped herself of her dignity and pride to stoop as low. Anything to achieve this, anything. But noble a cause it may have been, she, too, was part of humanity. No matter how long she may have lived and no matter how many centuries she's walked amongst them, she is still one of them. Hence she, too, is a pitiful human. A human whom she assumes is not worthy of a full life. Years are like days, and they pass by like a fleeting breeze. Unpleasant the thought may be, she tries to get past each and every day with a smile on her face. But no, things get repetitive. Until today, where she finally got a little.. Job to do. Another human wanted another dead. Another human wanted another gijinka dead. Now, she has her own bias towards gijinkas. It never warmed her heart to kill one of her similar kin, but what was there for her to do? [break][break]
With that, Lan had left her house with a phone and a smile. A fairy committing murder.. How ironic was that? But even then, the Florges gijinka continued down, midnight heels that gently clicked against the gravel pave way. She wore a simple pair of flexible jeans, paired with a black t-shirt under a light vest of her own. Nothing too fancy, but still allowed flexible and extensive movement. As for her heels.. Well, she wouldn't be needing them if her sources were correct. The woman had a satchel strapped around her left thigh, one that held various daggers - specifically throwing - for her own use. In the scenario where she would need them. Now.. She was told of the man's address and.. Well, general schedule. He was supposedly coming back from his own kill tonight, and she was intending to intercept his escape. [break][break]
It's not long until she's standing away from the moonlight, back leaned against the wall as amber eyes narrow to the side. "... Mmn.. Hopefully, I'd be able to get back by the time I make dinner.~" She quietly muses to herself.

She wasn't sorry for how she was treating him. She wasn't sorry for her playful teasing, her roundabout concern and the irritation she may be imposing on him. No, she certainly was not sorry in the slightest. [break][break]
Rather, Lan Chi could only giggle as she watches the young man nearly sputter from her entrance. Thankfully, he was accustomed to the fact that she was only ever the one person who would do that to him in his own home, other than his friends of course. Once again, the woman gently poked his cheek in curiosity and interest alike, the same grin stretched across her face as she registers his own disdain. "Aw.. Come now. We all know that you have some sort of feeling towards her~" And with that, the woman giggles a second time. Her hand trails up to the top of his head, fingers ruffling his hair and slowly messing up the platinum blonde locks. "There's no use denying it, Walther. We both know you like her~" And with that, the woman giggles softly before beginning to poke him once again. "Much as I love you, dear, you really need to work on your social skills~" And once again, the woman coos him with that playful grin on her face. [break][break]
No, Walther. You will never be free from her motherly love. That's never going to happen, and we both know that it's never going to work out. That being said, however, Lan did appreciate his company. To her, the span of a decade or two flew by like a year. By now, a hundred years felt like one. She's been living so long that she's forgotten just how long she's been around. She's forgotten just how poor the conditions were back when she was a child. She forgot about how people looked down upon a woman who would take in a child that wasn't of her blood in some areas, or how she would be seen as a floral witch back in the day. Back in the long, toiling days of yonder, no? Hah.. But some form of companionship was certainly welcomed, especially how she's.. Probably given up on the majority of "love" interests she's had these past few years. even if she brought a man home, she could only imagine the look of disdain upon Walther's face at the thought of a potential, adoptive father. [break][break]
The image prompts a giggle from her. [break][break]
Oh sweet, darling, innocent and naive Walther. How easy it was to tease you, she mused. Her hand begins to retreat as a means to offer some mercy, but that doesn't stop the woman from giggling at his near frantic explanation. "Someone's getting defensive, there~" Her voice chimes once again. The woman's figure begins to walk to the side, around the couch before reaching forwards to grab the remote herself. Her hand gently dips towards the direction of the screen, lips curling into more of a smirk. "Mmn? If you weren't interested in her, I don't see why you'd waste your time watching idols and the like." And again, another giggle. "Especially when you always seem to pause on this girl, specifically." Lan Chi slowly lowers the remote again, now lowering her body to take a seat right by the other side of the couch. She crosses her legs while prompting her elbow against the rest of the seat, shortly resting her cheek in the palm of her hand. The woman's golden gaze is fixated on the pink figure upon the stage, enjoying herself as much as she possibly could. Admirable, she thought. But at the same time, she found it cute how Walther had a little crush on her. [break][break]
"Come now, you don't really think you can fool me, do you?" The brunette chuckles to herself. Entertaining the thought was a joke itself, because they both knew that the woman who raised him could easily read him like an open book. "So long as you don't say something inappropriate, talking to a woman is easy!" And with that, she leans herself back into the seat. "Come oooon.. I want some grandchildren I can actually see~" [break][break]
Was that a joke? Yes, it was. But I think we all know that, to some extent, it wasn't. [break][break]

Uneventful as ever, it seemed. [break][break]
Only when she managed to muster enough energy to drag herself home. For, perhaps the third time this week, Lan Chi arrived back to her quaint little house with a smile on her face - in spite of the darkened hours and the less than ideal timing. A long day of work it was. It was dangerous work, she was aware, however she did try her damn best to get through the long, dragging hours that demanded so much from her. Toil and work, toil and work. Had she known that this work would be so physically demanding, she probably wouldn't have gotten involved in the first place. Unfortunately, she has already got her tied in with the work that stole a valuable gift from others; their lives. Now, that's not to say she didn't know how to treasure life. In fact, long years and centuries of experience have mould her into a woman who could, at the very least, keep her morals straight. [break][break]
That being said, she's lived long enough to know that there were those who didn't appreciate the life they were given, and were more beneficial to the world by dropping dead. Years of killing and the like, thankfully, steeled the young woman of a harsh world ahead of her. Then this introduced her to the ever-evolving and expanding generations after her. The same generations that she would be walking alongside with. The very generation where things that she would laugh off as a fantasy, existed as an every day application. Now to say how quickly the world's developed over her years was astounding to say the least. Sometimes, it nearly made the Florges woman exhausted. Sometimes she felt like her bones were just getting too old for this. [break][break]
But based off her appearance? Anyone would beg to differ. Nearly half a millennium and she still looks not a day over thirty, with long, brunette locks and a golden gaze that seemed to see through any individual whom crosses her path. Though she's thankful for this near eternal youth, she's found more and more men approaching her after she chose to grow her hair out. While she doesn't mind the attention.. She would prefer not to be called over. Not after the many years of failed relationships. The woman mulls her regrets over in her mind, eyes glaring down at the floor before her in pensive silence. However, her gaze breaks as her ears pick up the sound of the television on in the living room. Initially, the woman is looking down the hallway, registering it before her a smile pulls at the corners of her lips. Though she knows he usually stays at his own apartment the majority of the time, she has told him that he's welcome back home at any time. After all, it's hard to live alone and without the company of another after growing so attached, no? That's what she thinks, too. But though she thinks that, Lan Chi has made herself a strict boundary; family as he may have been, perhaps it would just hurt her too much, knowing that she will outlive this child. [break][break]
Like all the rest. [break][break]
Nevertheless, Lan Chi chooses to brush off the sentimental thoughts and near regrets formulating in her mind. With that, the Florges gijinka slowly (and very quietly) sneaks into the living room with a slightly more devious foreshadowing to her changing expression. It's not long until the woman looms over from behind, and her hands quietly rest against the back cushion of the couch. With that, she continues to glance upwards at the television she set on top of the fireplace. There, she found a young girl dancing on the screen, upon a stage with the dazzling lights on her. Cheering crowds and whatnot. Lan Chi has known about the earlier version of entertainment, and admittedly, she always found it entertaining how enticed Walther seemed to be when he laid eyes on the young, pink singer who seemed to be enjoying herself in the attention of others. With that, her hand slowly slide over to his shoulders, more with the intention to poke at him out of the blue. But rather than actually touching him, she eventually brings them up to cover both of his eyes with a chime. [break][break]
"Guess who?~" The woman coos, her voice raising up in tone and into a sing-song voice. "I managed to come home early~ But I was surprised to see you here before I was." The woman giggles a tiny bit, hands slowly beginning to lower. With that, she steps to the side in order to lower her body that bit. Lower down a bit before resting her arms against the backing of the couch. Her head tilts that tiniest bit to rest against her forearm in subtle interest. "I see you're watching Estelle performing again?~" Once again the woman coos, lifting an arm to gently poke at his cheek in an endearing fashion. "The both of us know how much you like her, why don't you go to see her? Your friend - Tae Seung, was it? - should be able to easily introduce you to each other~"

Her voice was quiet, and it didn't take rocket science to deduce that the girl was far more hurt than what she was letting on. Lan Chi hummed to herself, only to offer a small smile in response to the girl's initial reluctance. "Shh~.." and with that, Lan raised a finger to gently hold before the girl's lips. The woman's amber gaze seemed to hover her figure for a brief moment before shaking her head gently. "... I won't take you to a hospital, then. However, it'd be better for you if you took.. A moment to rest, mmn?" Surely, she hoped that the girl could manage that much. "I'm sure that your body hurts right now so--.. It's best for you to rest. It's alright, I have a full eternity." And the sad thing is that she wasn't lying. Lan Chi mused to herself in silence, reflecting off the earlier, softer statement she made. Hah.. Funny how she was finding it sad, now. But now wasn't the time for self-pity; there was a young woman here who looked like she needed help. And though the latter seemed less than willing to comply, that doesn't stop the Florges woman from trying her best to encouraging her to stay still. [break][break]
"I won't take you to a hospital, alright? Although it wouldn't bode well for me if a young woman such as yourself were to keel over, no?" And with that, her gaze softened as a warm smile crept onto her lips. "... You're not in danger, I promise. So just take it easy for now, mmn?" She knows that she sounds repetitive now. Perhaps she sounds like a mother, perhaps she sounds like an annoying stranger who decided to help out. Perhaps her help was less than welcome, and perhaps she seemed to only be causing more mental stress for the young woman. Whatever it was, it didn't discourage Lan Chi from bringing her hands up with a welcoming smile. The grassy terrain only grew stronger under her bare feet, emphasizing a subtle yet sweet scent from below. "So for the time being.. Please work with me here. Please, Ishini?" Perhaps she wasn't close enough to use her first name yet, however Lan Chi preferred to be casual over formalities; especially when the other party looked as though she was about to kick the bucket.[break][break]
And with that, the woman held her arms out for the girl to take - hopefully to stabilize her posture and stance. She was trying to offer help, she was honestly trying her best to help her. However for the many years that Lan Chi has been alive, she knows it's misconduct to force something on someone. For the longest time, she knows to never force help upon someone who doesn't want it - down to the core, that is. However she's also learned that they can't turn down help if they were quiet. If they couldn't give her a no, technically speaking, they didn't decline her offer for help. "I'm trying to make this easy on you, love. I think the both of us would prefer to have you pass out, knowing you'll have help, rather than to pass out." Her eyes narrow side to side, briefly glancing at their surroundings. [break][break]
"Especially in a desolate place such as this~"

FIRST LASTNAME[break] Unchanging love and fleeting passion – from your point of view, they're nothing but code. Righteousness, evil, and days unrecoverable – in front of you, they couldn't matter less. I'm glad that you're lifeless, forever and ever. I'm glad that you're lifeless, forever and ever, even today. Being here and disappearing away, from your point of view, they aren't such mysterious things. The ends of this earth or the mysteries of life – in front of you, they couldn't matter less. Not just a good-for-nothing dream amassing up extraordinary trash. Faintly, you sing. Is the future fun? I don't really know, but let me stay here for just a little longer.

It was one thing to be watching quietly, and it was another to just.. Quietly stare. Perhaps into space, perhaps into thought. Lan couldn't exactly read what was going on in her mind, however she could clearly see the result of her fatigue and wariness from the injuries plaguing her body. And though it takes a little while, Lan finally releases a quiet sigh as her eyes continue to scan the latter female's body. Clearly, she was hurt. She was hurt and the poor thing looked like she was struggling to even stand properly. But even then, her ears perk to acutely listen to her voice, picking up hints of her name as the small smile makes itself even the tiniest bit more apparent. [break][break]
And though she's trying to listen to her reasoning for being here, she can't help but to fall silent as she observes her behaviour. "... Mmn.." The woman hums to herself, quietly. It's not long until another smile stretches across her face, now leaning down the tiniest bit to reach eye to eye level with the young woman. "... That's alright, you don't have to answer, dear~" The brunette coos in a low tone, giggling the slightest bit as her eyes move up to lock in contact. "But that doesn't change the fact that you're hurt." The woman mumbles to herself. Even then, she can't help but to wonder how and why this girl was struggling the way she was; with bruises and the like stretched on her legs and her arms. She could only imagine how exhausting it must have been; granted, it's not to say she hasn't walked in those types of conditions. If anything, she's had to travel with burns, near broken bones and etc. [break][break]
That being said, the woman's toes slightly dig themselves into the ground, this time around causing more flowers and grass to grow around her. In the process, there is a faint, sweetened aroma filling the air around them. She hoped that this aromatherapy, paired with her own dose of grassy terrain would help with the healing to some extent - especially as the grass began to sprout underneath the girl before her, as well. Said grass also formed moss - something that could act as a cushion should the girl wish to sit herself down. "... That being said, sit down. You really shouldn't be wandering around with injuries like this." Lan Chi narrows her eyes for a brief moment before motioning down to the moss. She hopes that a warm and reassuring smile could help with convincing her. [break][break]
That being said, the grassy terrain had it's own healing properties, along with the aromatherapy to at least.. Help with some form of fatigue and soothing. ".. Hah.. It's not much, but this is the most I can do. Perhaps we should take you to a hospital soon-- Mmn?" So she says, but she's unaware of whatever wariness the girl may have of her. [break][break]
Call it the motherly instincts kicking it, or the centuries of interacting with people that made her forget that some would actually be confused and conflicted.

Perhaps she came off as a bit too confrontative? Perhaps she spoke up when she wasn't supposed to? Or perhaps she couldn't find it in herself to approach much closer, even after the spotted a bit of hazel brown leaving the sights from the corner of her eye. Lan Chi quietly hums to herself, muling over the additional presence that hadn't done a poor job in trying to conceal herself. Thankfully however, Lan Chi didn't have to spend far too much time within her isolation - for the girl decided to show herself and step from behind whatever she was hiding from - more to reveal herself as a whole. A smile slowly stretched at the woman's lips, directing a warm gaze over to the petite figure. [break][break]
However that's not to say that her golden gaze wouldn't fixated on the young girl's legs. Was she.. Limping? She couldn't exactly tell from this distance, nor did she want to confirm it by making it worse. That being said, the woman slowly shifts her weight from one leg onto the other, turning towards the female before raising her hand up. An open palm facing the mentioned female, but that small smile was retained on her face. "Hold on; I'll go over to you." She voices out, the corners of her lips stretch a bit more, now using the flowers as her cushion to walk on the otherwise uneven and uncomfortable land below. And with each stride, petals continued to fall from her hair like it was a normal occurrence. [break][break]
But with each passing step, the flowers continued to grow beneath her feet. They sprouted and curled, eventually growing enough energy to turn upwards and bloom with a certain degree of radiance. It doesn't take long until she arrives, only maintaining a foot or so of distance for the sake of personal space. She's standing over in terms of height and she assumes that she's younger tan what her body's age is telling her - she would know; like come on now - before flashing a slightly warmer smile in her presence. "Hello~ What brings you out here?" Her voice raises a tad bit, but maintains that relative, consistent and soft chiming tone. The last thing she would want is to put someone off; it's the least she could do, after all. [break][break]
Lan's eyes slowly trace down to the girl's leg, along with the boots she was dragging around in her near limp. Was she injured? What could have caused that injury? But.. She didn't think that anything would attack. But even then, it was dangerous to be wandering around when your legs are weak; she would know. She's done that before; centuries in the past. But though her smile is on her face, the back of her mind is stuffing that bit of information to ask at a later time. A soft sigh escapes her lips as she attempts to ward away the concerning thoughts - only then to extend her arm out with an open palm. "My name is Lan Chi, but just Lan is fine~... May I ask for your name?"

She tells herself that she's not going to do anything stupid. [break][break]
Then she goes off to do something stupid. [break][break]
Because there is something about this place that always made her feel sentimental; something about this specific path that made her feel "Hey, maybe these humans actually have a chance to survive" or.. Something as wishful as that. The woman can only stare out into the distance, with jaded, golden eyes narrowing while her ears are perked up, carefully listening to the rummaging sounds from within the hidden caverns. For as long as she could remember - since coming to Lyeant, that is - there have been countless people who have been stubborn enough not to leave; even less souls willing to join either the Republic, Association or the Parallax. Now if she were to be speaking from her own, personal opinion; she would say that was stupid. It was best to ride out this small ark of life and move on, perhaps cause less trouble than it was really worth. Unfortunately, not everyone could bask in centuries of life. To few like herself, they would consider this to be an ark of their life; a page, a fragment of sorts. But to the majority? It would be seen as their entire life; the only life that they, unfortunately, may only live long enough to ever know. But it was this thought that nearly had her pitying the groups, holed into their houses while cowering in fear. [break][break]
Granted, she could fully understand the fear and anxiety, herself. So there wasn't much she could say against it all. [break][break]
Lan Chi Ming - or rather, the "Floral Witch" - Began to roam around the dead area known as "Hope's Path". But nowadays, she couldn't find how it could harbour any form of "Hope" any longer. Unfortunate as it was, she failed to see whatever wonders or pleasantries that this specific trail had to offer; with the occasional, household appliance laying around in the waste and rubbish. Sometimes you would see people coming and going, acting as a rescue team; but arceus damn her if she didn't think she knew what they were doing. Trying to get more people onto their side; to support for their cause; all because the other side didn't agree to them. The end result was to rebuild the nation; why was that so difficult to achieve? There were the few souls who thought they could change the world in less than a few decades; but as for her? She's lived long enough to meet heroes and she's lived long enough to actually watch people succeed - and it's sad to say those changes only take place after said mortal kicks the bucket; The poor souls never live long enough to marvel and bask in their newfound peace-- Assuming they had achieved it, in the first place. [break][break]
That being said, the brunette woman's heels quietly dig into the dirt ground, imprinting the marks of her sole with each silent step she took. Asides from the occasional crunching of the soil below, there was naught a single sound to keep her company. Not even the murmurs of those hiding out nor the echoes of stray pokemon could kill this silence-- Hadn't she known any better, she would had assumed this was some sort of serenity. That being said, there was barely any sort of colour in a place that was supposedly named after "Hope" and frankly, she believed that it didn't fit it's name. At all. "... In fact, it's possibly less and less fitting." Her lips part, bitterly glaring down at the near dead dirt beneath her feet. That being said, the fairy woman slowly bends down to take her heels off - her socks following shortly afterwords. It's not long as she hooks her fingers to hold onto the heels - said shoes cradling her socks - and setting them down just a bit from her own body. With a deep breath and a small sigh, the woman begins to quietly hum a soft, pleasant tune to herself to break this near cold silence. [break][break]
And in that soft and quiet song, her feet were dug into the ground all the same. [break][break]
It's not long until sprouts and hints of life begin to appear around her; seeds were anything but planted, and yet the speck of green was more than enough a hint. An indicator - a physical, visible indicator - that there was, indeed, life to this near dead path. Her tune resonates down the path, through the cavern learning to Eirenhyre and what not. And as the song progresses, the flowers begin to grow around the woman herself. Dirt that was once brown and grey began to strongly hold plants in their stead; plants of all different colours peek from the ground with the floral woman in the centre of it all. A smile plays at her lips, her golden eyes following the ever-expanding flower garden she was making for herself. Unfortunately, she knew fully well that said flowers would not last too long without her presence to tend to them, but it was a pleasant touch to an otherwise, near dead area. Frankly, she thought it would be a pleasant sight for the sore eyes. [break][break]
Yet in the middle of her song, she pauses. [break][break]
She hears the sound of soil crunching beneath another set of feet and with that, the woman stops her song. Petals that adorn her hair like scattered flowers fall out and to the ground, however they are immediately replaced by another few right afterwords. "Hello? Who's there?" The woman asks. Her arms rest at her sides, draped over the slender red dress that covered the majority of her body.[break][break]
"I know you're there; come out, now~"
