white has always been independent and wise beyond her years. ever since she was a child and saw a show where pokemon snuck onto the stage, she had visions of greatness and dreams bubbling up from within her. when she was old enough to create a working business out of it, she did everything she could in order to make it so. always one to take control of a situation that needs it, she has never hesitated to be a leader or the "adult" in the right situations. that being said, she's her own worst critic and one failure can give her the thought that she's letting herself and everyone down - so she makes a conceded effort never to fail. white wasn't always considered a great trainer. though pokemon and their potential always fascinated her, she never considered herself a trainer. instead, she focused on the appeal visually on pokemon and began a business that helped pokemon get "starring" roles in television and on stage. she loved her job and she loved her agency but it was when she met a young man (named black) that she realised there was more to her life than what she'd been doing.

white still didn't take to training but she learned more from watching him. it was only when the "prince" of team plasma, n, stole her away to the nimbasa ferris wheel and told her that the tepig she'd been helping to become a star wanted to battle that she realised she didn't know enough about pokemon or about what they wanted. putting the agency and her own dreams on hold, she went to the battle subway to learn more about pokemon. she managed to capture enough to fill out her team and to make herself into a decent trainer - eventually tying with one of the subway twins in a battle.

she continued to journey following the defeat of the subway master, travelling across the regions and helping her pokemon to become the best they could while growing the bw agency's clients exponentially, all the while missing her home region and missing the company of the friends she'd made there.

the bw agency is still a thriving, prominent business. though she's spent a lot of time travelling the regions and growing closer to her pokemon, she has made certain that the business of recruiting (willing) pokemon to star in commercials and shows is still one she supports. she has extended it across various regions and has the intention on continuing to do so for a long time.
