Blue is generally obnoxious, arrogant, and a crafty individual who is constantly thinking about her own long term goals. She is calculative and manipulative, easily deceiving the people around her to play right into the palm of her hands. While she may come off as greedy and self-centred, no one can deny her skill and her carefully laid out tactics. While she doesn't seem to have too much of a weakness, Blue herself can be seen as a coward, refusing to put herself out in danger if she doesn't need to, or if she really couldn't care less about the person taking her place. She doesn't like doing the dirty work for herself, and would prefer to avoid it if she could. On the other hand, she is amazingly loyal to those close to her, and will develop a soft spot for those who she actually spends meaningful time with. [break][break] Still, she is smart. She knows her own limits while also knowing how to change the tide into her favour. Despite what she may come off as, she's anything but a helpless damsel in distress.
She is motherly and wise, although she can come off as slightly fussy and nosy when she gets worried. Celina is the type of person who would scold someone, but then she'll gladly let them use her lap as a pillow while she soothes them off to sleep with the sweetest dreams known to man. She's honest and fair, although funny enough, she can be clumsy and she can be naive despite being one of the people who give.. Actual advice. Rational enough to understand a situation, logical enough to come up with way to fix it. And yet she is also emotionally sensitive enough to offer some emotional comfort before all else. She has a sharp tongue, but she has good intentions deep down. The best way someone can describe her is.. Well.. The mom friend. Thing is that she denies it, and can actually be pretty passive in an argument or during confrontation. She'll be quiet and listen, which leads to people taking advantage of her kindness. [break][break] Above all else? She's protective. Being a Cresselia gijinka, her defences are much higher than that of ordinary pokemon; she can take some pretty good abuse before finally toppling over. How else would you expect her to take on Darkrai and be on par with them for years? She'll more than gladly step in to help, or she will come in and rush as quickly as possible to help a person under the effects of Darkrai.
An innocent legendary who has woken up not too long ago. Pandora is a kind and innocent soul, however she is fairly misled and clueless when it comes to modern day and society. She is wise and bright, however she is also amazingly gullible seeing that she is trying her best to fit in with this timeline. This is what she gets for sleeping for years and years on end without trying to catch up on other people. Despite being the pokemon of life, she is very childish and curious, and can sometimes come off as annoying. Pandora was never a creative individual, seeing that she was the one who ended up taking the body of a child. She is still simple-minded and innocent, and this leads to her just being plain oblivious. [break][break] Pandora still does not understand humans, and does not fully understand how powerful she actually can be seeing that she can bring the dead back to life if she were just capable enough of doing so. Sometimes people take advantage of her innocence and oblivious nature, but she's a good hearted creature with.. questionable morals. She doesn't care much about death, claiming that it's Yvetal's job and not her own. If you wanna bring back the dead, call Yvetal and get the permission and then you can find her again. [break][break] Good luck putting up with her bratty childishness.
Gwyn is a relatively kind and soothing person to be around. She gets the job done, and she is good at literally anything she does. On the other hand, she is obsessive when it comes to perfection - an old habit of hers. She is genuinely a good person with virtue morals and an honest soul, despite the fact that she is hypocritical in terms of telling others not to be rash, when she's rash herself. She can come off as rebellious and picky, seeing that she complete abandoned a seemingly easy life for a harder one by coming down to the Republic. Funny enough, Gwyn can be the most forgetful person in the world. She forgets names three seconds later they are given to her, and she is really unobservant. She forgets where she puts things a few moments after putting them down, and event misplaces her pokemon if she isn't careful. All in all, she is a nice person who just tries her best to make everyone happy. However, she would never do anything as extreme as what most of those in the Republic would do. [break][break] As forgetful as she can be, she's actually a very skillful battler. With-holding the title of the League Tournament winner for two years in a row using only grass and bug pokemon takes quite a bit considering their weaknesses and disadvantages. She is also talented in much more rather than just battles, so much that she can usually well what pokemon want just by their body language.
You know when you call a kid innocent? Yeah, Irene is anything but innocent. They're manipulative, harsh, and an all around jerk. However, they don't openly show it of course. Cynical and pretty dangerous, a high functioning Sociopath they likes to call themselves. They're a liar and aren't above getting their own hands dirty by driving people to near insanity the majority of times. Still, it doesn't stop how childish and immature they can be when things just don't go their way - especially when they had an entire plan laid out. They're a good speaker, however lacks empathy and is oblivious to the concept of affection hence why they would easily come off as tactless. [break][break] Still, it doesn't mean it's impossible to befriend them and what not. As evil and antagonistic as they may be, they're very narrow-minded. Their way of showing affection is perhaps not the usual way one would.. But it's something. Funny as it is, they are terrified of injections. Absolutely horrified of them when it's being done to them, seeing that they were tormented by gijinka engineering while in their early stages. Sadly, they aren't above torturing either. They hate humans, pokemon, and gijinkas - they aren't excluded from this group. [break][break] So how do you save someone who has fallen to insanity?

I would LOVE to plot Blue with some of the canon characters! I mean like Blue can easily just say "Ahah yeah I'm kind of neutral" or kind of just avoid the topic all together because hell no does she want them all thinking that she's some greedy little fluff. Plus, it's only until she can dig up enough information on them will she leave. You know, with the whole science-y tech stuff the Parallax has going on? Yeah.
I say yeah! They should totally meet! But the question is where? I was thinking maybe by the crater (World's End) and talk about the terrible stuff that happened, and then have a scroll to catch up? At this point, Blue hasn't reunited with Red or Green yet, so she'll probably ask if she's seen either of them around. Of course, that's just an idea to get the ball rolling you know?

Okay so since they're both dex holders I had this idea that White might have sought out Blue while she was in Kanto. It's just an idea but I feel like as her "senior" and someone she'd heard a lot about (because white keeps up with the news!) that they might have bonded and become friends during that time. White would have spent time just enjoying her company and being shown the sights of Kanto with someone who definitely knows it well. Also Blue definitely was the one who taught her how to flirt because White has always been an idiot when it comes to expressing her feelings and blurting them out just wasn't working for her. so that's my idea. B) what say you, friend?

In all seriousness, though, I think I... actually pitched this entire idea to you in the chat in just three words, which should give you a good idea of just how good at plotting I am. (Read: not very.) If Pandora looks to be around ten or eleven, she'd - in appearance, anyway - not be much younger than twelve-year-old Peter, who's basically never seen another girl around his age in his entire life. He grew up on the streets with a bunch of other scruffy looking, dirty, cootie-wielding boys, so someone as adorable as Pandora is basically like seeing an urban legend in real life face to face for the first time. Peter sees her and just immediately is taken. Insert a ten year quest to become her friend and try to (fail to) flirt with her and win her over. =w=b[break][break]
Friends, though? Does that work? They can mess around like dinky little kids and Peter can pine quietly in the background because he's too much of a dweeb to do anything else. Bonus points if she and her shipping ways cause her to be like, "You know, you'd make a cute couple with *insert anyone but herself here*" and he just nods while a single tear strolls down his cheek like, "Yeeeeeah. :'D"[break][break]
Also, Silver isn't done yet, but you better bet your bottom that we're getting the "siblings" together once he is. ;o
Blue honestly didn't think that there would be so many dex holders in one region (poor girl is going to be like "O SHIT" once she finds out all of them are there) and will more certainly be half pleased and half dreading White's appearance.
I'm certain that they would have bonded at some point, and I'm not surprised that Blue would have tried influencing the poor girl. Although, while Blue is in Parallax, she will be pretty distant when it comes to being asked about her affiliation on the whole "The region is being torn apart" thing. You need to trick your friends in order to trick your enemies, right? Exactly.
ANYWAYS I think it's a great idea! White seeks out Blue in this region, Blue lays low on her affiliation, and both the dex holders befriend the other! I likey! But the only question now is where would you want them to meet?

Of course, Xerneas is gonna feel like a pedophile if she finds out that he likes her. But, pre-teens being smol children, I highly doubt that they would go anywhere further than that so WE'RE GOOD.
In all seriousness though, I think that's a GREAT idea! Just have Pandora roaming the streets out of curiosity or something with being Xerneas and all, and then possibly (maybe) meeting that way? She could get lost or something, since Xerneas isn't very good with her navigation skills - especially in a whole new region.

Yes. Pandora likes to ship, mainly by saying so and so would go well with so and so. She wouldn't go extreme (or as extreme as myself) and do everything she can to put those people together. Just like silently shipping with Peter. Tho, she'll probably feel bad if she finds out that she's just leading him on if anything And if they grow, Peter'll be like the hell how are you still 10.
But yeah. I'm all for this idea :'D It just sounds really cute and would be fun to watch too. Poor guy, when he realizes that he has to teach her what a pokeball is LOL.

Akemi and Blue So, Celebi definitely at least kind of remembers Blue! Blue's the brave one with the birds! Akemi will be very excited to see Blue- the Kanto dex holders are only like one step below Ruby and the Johto dex holders as far as "humans that Akemi likes a bunch" go. I still haven't read the manga, incidentally, so feel free to correct me wherever I'm wrong. It's one of those humans! One of those humans that keeps on saving the world! And that helped save them! They're cool! Obviously, Blue would have no reason to recognize Akemi, and Akemi is accustomed enough to being human in order to not completely blow the fact that they're actually Celebi, but it could still be pretty cute because Akemi is going to be freaking out that so many of the humans that made an actual impression on them are here, okay?
Akemi and Pandora Basically I want these two small, childlike legendaries to fail completely together at succesfully following human, modern conventions. They'd be the worst influences on each other, what with Pandora not actually knowing anything about how the human world works these days, and Akemi never remembering which conventions are right in the right times (if they remember them at all). It'd either be cute or a disaster. We should do it.

Things like.. Ooooh.. I don't know.. Travelling to the future to tell her what she should do for plans and all? You know, and like save herself when one of her plans fail and she can ask the little creature if they could just poof her back? Blue's not above using her resources, after all.

And it would also be funny if Xerneas could meet Celebi in a forest area somewhere. She's in the Republic, so maybe she could talk to Celebi about that? They can talk about the past and what things were like in like.. 1,000 years ago or something. I dunno.

It'd just be funny watching them panic like "OH GOD WHAT TIMELINE IS THIS." and "HOW DO YOU ACT NORMAL."

Akemi and Blue Yes! Brave bird girl! Let's go break the laws of causality together! Even if Blue doesn't find out that Akemi is Celebi, they... they don't hide the time travel very well at all that's how they gained their "Traveler" nickname in the first place. Like, there is actual record of them existing in too many different time periods. Also, Akemi is easily manipulated in that they always want to help people. The only problem is that time travel is dangerous- Akemi will totally help out, but Blue coming with runs the mild danger of one of several things: Dialga finding out, getting huffy, and yelling at Akemi again (which is no good); Blue falling into a Crack in Time and being forced to stare out into the infinite lengths of time; massive headaches due to Akemi's tendency to forget things like, say, linearity, how many time loops is considered "acceptable" these days; or and a tendency to run into themselves at odd moments.
One of these things is worse than the others...
So Akemi will warn Blue of some of the dangers, but then will probably willingly get used for their time-travelness. All while babbling at Blue about "the pretty Gold one" and, like, "have you talked to the pretty Gold one and the thief-y one and the Crystal one and the Ruby one- hm. I don't remember if you've met the Ruby one yet? I know you do at some point, I think, I don't really have the best memory though..." Also all while Akemi's Meganium, Orchid, gives Blue dirty looks like I know what you're up to and also I hope you're just as baffled as I was at first. It'll be a great time. We should do it!
Akemi and Pandora Celebi is only in the Republic on a technicality, I feel like I should mention. If there was an option for "none of the above", that would be Akemi, because they honestly just want to heal everyone on all of the sides and kind of keep forgetting that the factions are supposed to matter at all. But beyond that- yes. Let's have them meet in a forest. Actually, beyond their respective inabilities to function in modern society, they're pretty similar, aren't they? Both associated with forests, both associated with life/rebirth... They'll probably get on like a house on fire, won't they, mutually panicking about weird humans. Let's do this thing!

So, Kapueo is a guy working in Parallax for the big, fat paycheck and Blue's there to gather information. Two completely different reasons, yet the two are pretty familiar, with Kapueo being more of a... twat? Yeah, let's go with that. So yeah, the two are similar in their personalities, so I can see them playing off of each other quite neatly, kind of both just trying to be one step ahead of the other.
Still, because of their positions, to a certain degree I can see them not getting along either. Blue's reason for thinking Kapueo's a bother is the chance of him getting in the way, while the guy himself could be suspicious of the young woman. Y'know, to give more reason for the two to compete on being one or two steps ahead.
Or, instead of that, Kapueo could at this point already know of Blue's true affiliation and purpose of being in Parallax, but is not selling her out for two reasons; 1. To use the info as a bargain chip, and 2. Kapueo likes Blue (take that how you want) and he doesn't feel like getting her into trouble. The bargain chip part would be really used by Kapueo as a means to kind of tease her and in a lighthearted manner threat her.
Lemme know what you think, tell me your own ideas, change some things, change everything or whatever. I'm open to a lot of ideas. I'm also willing to do plotting through PM, Skype or Discord if you want to.

It'd be pretty funny to watch them just fooling around every now and then. You know, just lightly teasing each other when lightly joking about their past ploys and jobs. I'm sure Blue would be more than entertained to hear about Kappy's odd jobs here and there. 'Course, Blue would be keeping her certain amount of distance in fear that he would find out. Like Oh my goodness, he's actually smart.
I guess like this casual friendship where Blue keeps herself distant to some degree. I feel like he could find out along the way, possibly? I mean, Blue was pretty well known in Kanto so he could have done his good tidbit of research like "Hey why is someone like you here?" and then we can work off of that?
Or I mean, it would be really funny since those two already messed with someone. Based off that, I can see the two just randomly getting mixed up in some odd jobs like "Oh, try this" and exchanging ideas that way? Possibly? Maybe?
