The lives that grow from war are tragic. They grow in hatred and despair, bitterness and hopelessness. In the wake of the massacres, in the shadows of abandoned homes, ghost pokemon are born. They cling to the bones of hollowed out towns, swallowing whole those who wander the ruins. It may take just one missing person or it may take ten, but always, inevitably, it ends up across their desk. Either someone called them in or the news reached them and they took it up without asking. Where there are ghosts, the Seers are never far behind.[break][break]
The Seers are a privately owned and operated non-profit organization that works out of the Old Veherna. The gym specifically acts as their office while the rest of the city serves as an unofficial pokemon reserve of sorts. Not much is actually known about them beyond what they do and how to find them. The general public has little to no idea of their inner workings, but rumors circulate that they have some strong political ties despite publicly being a unbiased group.

OVERSEERS The middle rank, they are most easily described as managers. A select few seem to know more about the background workings of the Seers than their coworkers do.[break]
