Here it comes, folks: the dreaded activity check, where we separate deserters from the dedicated and clean up claims no longer being put to use so they can be put into the hands of those who would better use them. Reply to this thread with any account you so choose and let us know which characters you'd like to keep until the next activity check, which characters are a work in progress that you still intend to work on, and which characters you plan on dropping if you've found yourself on the fence about them.[break][break]

Active characters should be tagged along with a link to their most recent post. Posts should ideally be created sometime between February 22nd, the beginning of last week, and March 8th, the ending of this week, giving all members a two week time frame to post at least once with each of their characters.[break][break]

Work in Progress characters should be tagged along with a link to their pending application, if available. Unfinished characters who are not tagged here will be archived, their pending applications similarly so, under the pretense that their RPer no longer wishes to finish them.[break][break]

Characters you know you are no longer willing to RP, at least for now, should also be tagged, and they will be archived accordingly.[break][break]

Characters who have been accepted between February 22nd and March 8th are exempt from posting requirements, seeing as they're still relatively fresh, although we would still ask that you get active with your new characters! Posting requirements may be waved if probably cause for inactivity has been noted. We ask that you link to an absence thread in the case of real life problems causing inactivity here in place of the required posts. If your reasons for being absent are strictly personal and you would not like them known to the board, messaging a staff member will suffice. We're not here to punish you for things that are out of your hand - but make sure you aren't biting off more characters that you can realistically chew.[break][break]

Characters who don't meet requirements or are not notified here before the end of the week will be sorted into the inactive group and have all active applications and threads archived. Characters may be unarchived at any time on request, though canon characters lost will be asked to go through the application process again, and claims of these characters will be up for grabs between their archiving and revival.[break][break]

If you're having a hard time making post requirements due to a lack of plots, consider joining (or starting, if you have the time) an open thread. All in character threads taking place in the IC boards will count, regardless of length (unless you're pulling a one-liner, don't do that, that's cheap), so don't feel pushed to write all of your posts of gargantuan length. Short and safe is better than long and... well, not. |D
